Golden China Chinese Cuisine — Restaurant in Winchester

The food is tasty. Not the best, but tasty. The food is not my issue though. I gave this restaurant a try four times. I always picked my order up. The third time I went to pick up my order I was given a completely different order. I normally check before I leave but this time I didn't. I drove all the way home and realized they gave me someone else's order. I called them and told them that I would be back to pick up my order and the woman on the line was very rude. I went back to the restaurant and they gave me my order. I was fine with that. The last time I went was really the straw that broke the camels back for me. I went to go pick up my order and there was a woman sitting right next to the cash register watching a movie on her phone. She completely ignored me for 5 minutes. I put the timer on my phone and it was literally 5 minutes before she got up and recognized my presence. I thought maybe she didn't know how to speak English and was waiting for someone else to come and serve me. She got off her phone, eventually walked to the back of the room and then walked to the cash register and asked me what i ordered. Mind you I said hello plenty of times and she completely ignored my presence (I was standing a foot away from her) and laughing at her phone watching a movie. My food was literally right next to the cash register the whole time and it was cold. This was extremely poor customer service! What can I say about this restaurant. Well I went in kind of late I know a lot of restaurants don’t like when people come within the last 40 minutes of closing but I thought I’d give it a shot. I can tell you off the bat that you will not have someone come to your table you have to go to the counter to order your food. Expect staff not to be in there most professional behavior. Especially when I went to place my order the woman who was attending to me was staring at her phone watching movies. Rating out of 1-10 for customer service would be a 1. Reading out of 1–10 for food quality would be a 7. It’s not the happiest place to go I would only recommend this place if you are ordering take out🥡 not the cleanest either. When it came time to go nobody came to our table to ask if we wanted boxes I had to go back up to the counter to ask for something and when I did that the same woman who help me when I came in was now handling money so when I Asked for boxes she moved the bills from one hand to the other to hand me my boxes and lid for my soup, not the most sanitary thing to do especially when I’m going to put my food in...

If I could give negative stars I would. I tried ordering for delivery and was quoted a 1 hr delivery time. After the 1st hour passed I called to see where my food was and was told it was on its way. After 1.5 hours I called again and was told it was on its way. At 2 hours I called and was told it's on its way, at which point I told them to forget it and to refund my money. They told me they were busy and that my food was on its way. I told them I'm not waiting anymore and to give me back my money. They continued to refuse a refund. Luckily I ordered through grubhub, and grubhub cancelled and refunded my money on their end. At 3 hours after placing my order and an hour after cancelling it, I get a call from the driver saying he's on his way and if I still want my order.
