10/31/25 Casandra made my day. A beautiful 18 yr old employee who exchanged my fries to make them lighter and more tender.She’s the perfect customer charmer with a beautiful smile to Charm an older wizard like myself and make my strawberry shake sweeter!

I’ll be back ! This place also runs like a Rolex Watch! A clean as they go and stock up supplies and condiments gracefully and with ease . Thanks to management.

Sincerely M Polo! 6/30/25 Sebastian made my day, especially this wonderful location. From the moment I walked in, he informed me about additives that I asked about that you could put on fries and burgers at no extra charge. He was constantly busy cleaning everywhere from the floor to the windows and the doors. He also rang up my order on the register. I had a wonderful shake fries with chopped herbs on top and a mustard fried patty on my double burger with extra tomato lettuce. A wonderful experience with the wonderful guy who I know will be a huge success and all he does. Thank you in and out Management for having such a wonderful employee such as Sebastian. I’m looking forward to seeing him in the future.

The young lady at the counter was very professional and smiling. And my food came out quickly thank you for that.

Of course I had to order my 4 x 4 which the lady said they still had. I ordered it with extra tomatoes no pickles but it came with cheese that I didn’t order but I ate it anyway. It was fresh and delicious and the fries are pretty good as well. The strawberry shake was delicious as well.

I was surprised they didn’t have any veteran discounts because all the other burger places I know do.

The front door does not have any auto handicap buttons to open the doors and although it’s wheelchair accessible but not handy. It’s a nice clean establishment. Enjoy your food.

**New location. Sandhill at Flamingo. Great 4x4 burger. Fresh & tender, moist and delicious. Delayed Service with a smile but counter service seemed ignored even though 5 employees like busy bees. I had to call loudly across the counter and ask if they were taking orders while the cashier was packaging catsup.

Food was quickly served, clean rest rooms for male as female. Very clean establishment. Great...

So this was my almost six-year-old daughter's 1st time having an in-and-out Cheeseburger. She absolutely loved it!!!

This location has been open a little over a year and it is easily one of the nicer in-and-outs I have been to. It was spotlessly clean inside and out. Even the outside patio area and the parking lot were very, very clean. I always look to the cleanliness of the outside of a place as being indicative of the attention to detail that I hope to find inside.

One of the things I like about in-and-out in general is the outright freshness of the ingredients. Their french fries taste absolutely fresh and are delicious. The serving size is large for the price and is easily enough for 2 people to share. I like that the fries come without salt and that you can add salt to them but having them salt free is an easy option. The bread is delicious, the tomato is fresh, lettuce is fresh and crunchy and the meat tastes like real meat, not something processed. The location on Tropicana is always busy and they maintain the same excellent quality.

I highly recommend in-and-out Burger and I am not a frequent eater of fast food but...

I have been going to this location for years now. I am usually satisfied with the service don’t get me wrong most the employees are very nice when taking my order in the drive through line. This one employee in particular took my order 2 days ago that I was there and was rude. She had a very abrasive attitude while taking my order. As she was eye rolling and kept asking “is that it?” after each order. I had maybe 3 orders for my 2 kids and myself. I felt very rushed and made me not even want to wait anymore for my food as I was very disappointed with the behavior I was getting from this employee. Seemed like she hated her job their are many people out there that would love to have her spot and will do it better.I wish I had gotten her name down. She didn’t have a name tag. She was a African American heavy set female dressed in a all red uniform. It really sucks how 1 out of 20 employees can stand out just by the poor performance of customer service.
