I go to this location every time never an issue until todays visit and the visit before todays. I was told that the manager was the African America lady that works the drive thru window! By another light skin short haired black female who looked like she was in her early twenties. STARBUCKS YALL NEED TO DO BETTER WITH WHO YOU HAVE FOR YOUR MANAGEMENT! This lady passed my drinks touching the part we drink out of with her fingers. When I saw her finger nails there were DIRT IN HER FINGER NAILS, I asked if she can pass me another cover to my drink so I can switch it out she grabs the cover and touches the mouth part with her dirty hands and I asked the lady behind her to pass it to me because her hands were filthy dirty!! This second worker had an attitude with me then when I asked for a manager she said the lady who has the dirty finger nails is the manager!!!! HOW DISGUSTING IS IT TO HAVE WORKERS HANDLING DRINKS AND FOOD AND THEN YOUR EMPLOYEES I MEAN YOUR MANAGER HAS DIRTY NAILS AND HANDS🤢🤢🤢 HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO VISIT THIS LOCATION BECAUSE SOMEONE IS BOUND TO GET SICK FROM THIS!!! Read moreI wasn't going to leave a review because I didn't personally go to this Starbucks, but my husband did and he was just waiting outside for a ride BUT because of how one employee treated my husband with such kindness, I thought it should be worth mentioning. And honestly, after an encounter like this, I'll probably choose this location the next time I want Starbucks.
As I stated, my husband was waiting outside for a ride and he was probably what most would consider VERY casually dressed. He didn't look homeless, but wearing sweats, etc. For some reason the inside lobby was closed that morning at around 7:30am. We don't know why they were closed so that's why he was waiting outside in the cold. A young Latino man came out and asked if my husband wanted to order anything and apologized for the lobby being closed. My husband just wanted to use the restroom and even though he didn't order anything, this young man kindly let my husband use their restroom. Afterwards, when my husband left and went back outside, the employee gave my husband a $5 off your next order card because the lobby was closed.

Read moreI was given my coffees (in the drive thru) before my card was returned to me. I didn't realize this until the next morning when I needed to update some info online. When I called to see if my card was there, it was and when I stated that the card should be returned before the coffee, the manager said they can't help it if I'm in a hurry. It was my day off and I was not in a hurry. I needed to get my 3 digit number on my card in order to complete something that needed to be done now. I already knew my card number and did not ask for that, just my 3 numbers on the back. She refused and said she was not going to argue with me on the phone. So I immediately hung up. I will not be back. I very rarely splurge on fru fru coffee. Now, I'm off again in my pj's and not really ready to go out in public, need to take care of home finances and now have to go out to retrieve my card now, instead of a little later today....
