Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Winchester

I can’t express how much I enjoy eating at this Jimmy John’s location in Winchester. Their customer services is outstanding. They care about you as a person, they want you to be pleased with what you get and pursue quality. Communication of mangers and crew is also another reason I afore this location.

Everyone I see is friendly, kind, courteous and have something a lot of venues I visit lack. Passion. The mangers and their crew, have passion. I’m not just a “number” when I walk through that door. I am a human being, who has feelings and they spot that and respond to that. Meaning, they listen to me if I have a question or come over to check on me even if I clearly have everything in front me, it doesn’t stop them from checking in or asking me about my day.

Every time I or my team comes to Winchester, we make it a mandatory goal to visit this Jimmy John’s so we can be surrounded by outstanding customer service and of course, eat the food. The food is delicious and they have vegetarian selections that are a must try if you strictly love veggies.

not delivered in a timely fashion. after I opened the sandwich it was wrong, so I had to the drive the previously delivered food back to the store to be made again. when I arrived, the music was blasting and store understaffed. I asked the girl to re-make the sandwich and she obliged with a smile and no hesitation. As she was making the sandwich she began to shake uncontrollably and was visibly upset. As I got into my car I looked back into the store to see her face resting in her hands covering her face to hide the crying. Why was this girl so upset. she almost seemed scared that she was going to be in trouble with the boss. This is not a staff problem, this is a MANAGEMENT problem. Order delivery, every time, they put mayo on a Vito Combo. It’s supposed to be oil and vinegar. Put in to cut in half. Nope. Order a drink? Driver forgets it 75% of time. Then they beat your door down next time to make sure you got what you ordered even tho it say leave on doorstep. What really blows my mind is it’s just this Winchester location. Bread is always stale or day old. Every other location, gets it right every single time. Bread is fresh, order is right, everything is there. Who ever heard of putting mayo on a Vito?!?!?
