Kings New York Pizza — Restaurant in Winchester

I try to refrain from posting negative reviews but it seems like its always something at this location. One of the times, i ordered wing dings without sauce and received them with sauce. I explained that's not what i ordered and he said I could pay for another order of the ones I originally asked for but they weren't going to switch them out...why would I pay for something I didn't order and than have to repay for what I originally said I wanted so i took the wrong food and left...that was the 2nd incident so I didn't go back for literally a year. Well i wanted to give it another chance because the food is good and affordable. But soon as we walking in the girl at the register was so dry..no kind of customer service.. but she wasn't really rude yet so I didn't let it bother me. However, When I left out I realized she shorted me on my change by $10 so I had to tell them when I came back to get the food..not only did she tell me she remembered giving me the right change...(which she did not, i immediately folded the change up with my reciept and put it away..)but after the manager said to give me the money she shorted me..she got an attitude about it like I was lying. I have no reason to lie about being short changed..and I wasn't upset because people make mistakes, it was like she mistook my total for my change which i understand..but I even offered to wait while they double checked.. the manager did give me my change so I was happy about that but it just really stinks when you have a place around the corner that offers great food and prices but it's always something with the employees. I've seen other reviews complaining about the "customer service" and ive even had neighbors say the same thing so I know it's...

We came in and the young man was polite. He told us he could sit wherever we would like then came up and asked us if we knew what we wanted and we told him that we didn’t know yet. When we asked if we could place a drink order, he asked us if we wanted a can or a bottle and I was confused because they have a drink machine there. So we ordered two hands and two bottles and the two bottles of drink that we got were out of date, we ordered the calamari which was like rubber and smelled horrible. We ordered a large cheese pizza which was delicious. The cheese pizza is always good but we ordered a chicken Parmesan sub and a steak and cheese sub. Both were not good at all on top of everything else, there was no air conditioning and it had to be at least 100° in the restaurant , it is not in a section where people travel enough through there but I can guarantee you that we won’t be back. I don’t know what has happened over the past few months or a year there but every time we go in it...

I placed an order for delivery here for the 1st time on 10/29/2021 Friday 8pm. My hope was to FINALLY after 3yrs, find a good worth the money Stk&Chz. Preferrably comparable to a "Jersey Stk&Chz". My family of 3 ppl 2 adults & 1 child ordered 2 Cheese Steak & 1 XLG Pizza 1/2 Pepperoni & 1/2 Cheese+Garlic Cup Specifically requested driver not accidentally forget garlic cup! TOTAL WAS $55.40. Called back to ask why 2Chz Stk at $9.95+12.00 Lg pizza an garlic cup was $55 Dollars??? As he was saying he doesnt know why-he's just the Manager-right then mid-phone call THE PIZZA DELIVERY LADY IS BANGING ON THE FRONT DOOR FOR PAYMENT OF $55 AND THATS GRATUITY NOT INCLUDED + NO Garlic Cup at all, Pizza was not very good. Had better and had worse. CHZ STK WAS NOT GOOD TO MY HUSBAND & MYSELF! BUT HEY WE LIKE JERSEY SUBS lol !!! After my 1 & ONLY delivery Experience here, I will not be a returning customer.
