GUI Esports Arena — Attraction in Winchester

Had my kids bday party there. The place us nice and clean with lots of options for gaming. However, the worker assigned to our party was not interested in really helping us out leaving my wife and I to figure out stuff. Some controllers were dead with no charging cord while other games were hard to figure out to get in to to play (worker more interested in looking at their phone then helping). To make it worse the toilet got clogged and overflowed on the floor. Worker Saud she didn't have key for maintenance closet to clean up so I had to leave the party znd get cleaning stuff to do ourselves! Finally, I wrote the owner an email not looking g for anything at all simply telling g him of our experience. Never heard a word...

We had our 10 year old son’s birthday party here & it was such a great experience! Everyone had so much fun, highly recommend for the kids who love gaming & even adults too! One of the owners was in that day, he was so nice, helpful & patient. My granddaughter loves going to GUI Esports Arena at 88 Featherbed Lane, Winchester, VA! She went to summer sessions there last year and is back again this year. She has learned so much about gaming and playing with others. She's 9 years old and can't wait to go every morning. She goes for 3-hour sessions and would love to stay longer.
