Tonight we had a mobile order and when we started to pull thru another customer almost hit us to get in front of us. Then that customer started doing whatever and sat after the one ahead pulled forward; this happened twice and other tapped ther horns and the lines were backing up. When she got up to pay apparently she was friends with the black lady that was collecting money cause they spent quite sometime laughing and the employee leaning out the window staring at us and laughing! The lady behind me was shaking her fist and getting as irritated as we were. When we finally got to the window the employee was doing something under the cash register and just wasting time. When she finally said pull forward she never offered us our receipt and not friendly at all! The customer nor the employee showed and consideration or respect for the many other customers that were lined up! Along with the up grading they did at this location they should have reminded some of the employees customer service and consideration of the people in the backed up lines they can be causing. This with the constant fact that we seem to have problems with orders; my husband ordered a Black coffee with ice the other day and got sweet Coffee! Read moreI did a mobile order and chose drive-through pick up, gave the code provided on the app over the speaker and pulled forward - they couldn't find my order so I changed it to inside pick up (3 minutes wasted). Inside the restaurant my order number was in process on the screen. I watched as an employee with only one glove on handled the bagging of orders, she was called over to the cashier for something (was she a manager, I don't know) and after some discussion she came around the counter and counted out cash and loose change to another customer. This person then went back to loading food into bags (mine now) without washing or sanitizing her hands. When she tried to hand me my order I asked why she was handling food after handling money, she didn't explain just asked if I would like my order replaced and I said yes please. About 2 minutes later I was provided my order without any apology or other comment. I was running late for an appointment now and left, only finding that my order was incorrect about 3 miles down the road (in place of my egg McMuffin there was a sausage McMuffin no egg - mistake or payback?). Read moreBeen going to this McDonald's location for a while now and have always been pleased with their Food and Service... UNTIL today. The girl taking the money (at the first window) was beyond rude to my Wife which doesn't fly with me. Instead of doing her job and repeating our order she states just the drinks and then the total price which was $24 and some change. My Wife says there should be more to the order and the girls response was, and I quote, "Yeah, Yeah" followed again by only the total. Even her giving my Wife the receipt and her card back, I felt, she was greeted with an attitude and unprofessionalism. Do people no longer say "Thank you" anymore because I know my Wife said it. I did speak with the Manager (as I asked him to meet me in the front pick-up spot so we wouldn't hold up the drive thru line). He seemed concerned and I really hope he does something about it and talks to her about how to do her job otherwise I have no problem with driving a few more blocks to goto another McDonald's.
