Always loved the lexington locations but just moved to winchester about 6 months ago and have ordered from here like 4 or 5 times now. The first 2 times they brought me a burnt pizza that was hard as a rock and I kid you not the whole bottom was solid black.... So had one replaced and just got pizza hut the other time... well yesterday I ordered online and got the express option for a extra $2.99... Um yeah that was a waste ... I got a pan pizza with extra cheese and supposed to have mushrooms on the side but was placed on half the pizza lol... not sure how they got that idea lol. But I don't like the sauce the new pan pizza has so I got original sauce. Well I was supposed to get the original sauce... I guess I should have called my order in but they have always been rude as hell when I call. They put you on hold forever then I'm positive that they purposely hangup on you after 5-10 minutes of waiting so online solves that problem. But I don't know what is the problem with this location but it is absolutely by far the worst papa johns location I've ever had. Hell even the personal pan from Rupp Arena is better then this place lol. I completely understand the low star rating!! I will either start picking up my Papa Johns from lexington or will just use Pizza Hut or Sir Pizza from now on... And that's sad cause I always support local businesses and organizations but this place will have to do a lot of work before I ever order from them again. Read moreZero customer service and ineffective management unwilling to own shop's issues. We ordered for delivery 2/21/22. The Doordash driver left our order on someone else's door step, after we waited over an hour for our delivery. We have no clue who or where, we only had a grainy photo detailing a stoop which was not ours. We contacted the manager and explained the situation. He had zero concern for our $30 order going missing. When asked what could be done to compensate our loss, the response received was "Well I'm replacing it for free." Is there any other option for replacement of a lost order? What about the delivery fee and tip money lost and now the time and gas we are spending to drive to this shop and pick up an order? We wanted a refund and go elsewhere. Once arrived, the manager did not even address my husband. Instead, the manager instructed a young lady to address my husband, thus completely avoiding the situation. The additional sauce and peppers we had paid for were missing from the order and my husband asked the young lady to please grab those additional items. Once she began walking to the back, the manager stepped in front of her and asked "what do you think you are doing?" This young lady explained and he allowed her to continue, but seriously, this is poor management.
