Peru's Chicken Restaurant — Restaurant in Winchester

This was my new favorite place to eat. The food is wonderful, but after a bad service experience today I do not think I will come back. I ordered delivery around noon and was given a 12:20 to 12:36 delivery window. The food was a half hour later. I ordered on a Saturday at lunch time, so I know that can happen, that's fine. What isn't fine is when I call to see what's going on (maybe it got delivered to the wrong place), I am told that it is coming without me providing any order details, I'm just trying to be rushed off the phone. The guy on the phone then asks for the address, I give it to him, and he says "usually they give a name too," so I gave the name, he says its coming. I thought the guy on the phone was a bit rude. The food shows up, and my order has beans in it. When you read the description online and look at the photo for mixed chicken bowl, neither of them show beans. Frustrated with the situation as is, I called again and got a lady on the phone. I explained, hey, this doesn't have any beans in it anywhere online, but I have beans everywhere. She first said that it depends on who is making it, and then said that they haven't updated their menu. Neither of which are my fault and that isn't what I ordered. She then just says sorry and hangs up on me. I wasn't out to get a free lunch, I just want what I ordered. Hanging up on me was really the icing on the cake. Wonderful food, poor...

this is my absolute favorite place to eat. ever since finding this restaurant i travel 45 minutes almost once a week to come here. out of all peruvian chicken places i’ve been to, so far this is my favorite. i’ve loved peruvian chicken & the sauces since i was nearly 5 years old. my local restaurant in WV.. has treated me poorly, given me the wrong thing, or has shown highly unsanitary measures. which explains why i travel so far, to get my food from here instead. this place, has been fairly great! it seems clean, the workers are always efficient about getting my order for me, good service, when i’ve gone in. with that being said, last time i went, i got 1/2 white chicken with sides. it was delicious. although, one of my 1/4s was actually dark meat and it was much much smaller than it normally is. i didn’t notice this until i got home, because i saved the other 1/4 for my dad. we do prefer white meat, and i had to drive a total of 1hr 30mins for my food. i’m hoping next time i go, i get the correct thing because even during childhood i knew the difference and i know exactly what i like. but this doesn’t change my opinion on how much i love this place. i recommend it to everyone i know. i get such extreme cravings, to the point i stop what i’m doing to come here. keep up the great work and i hope i can continue to satisfy my cravings here. truly thank you for everything you & the crew...

I am not usually the type to leave bad reviews but I've followed my moral procedure. I will say first off, their food is very good. Never had food that wasn't absolutely delicious from them. My issue dates back to last year. I ordered the burrito and chicken wrap quite a few times from them and a handful of those times I had numerous bones in the wrap/burrito. When I called to let them know I got yelled at in the beginning because I asked for thr manager and they thought I was a telemarketer. The gentleman who I believe was the floor manager sincerely apologized for yelling at me and I told him look I'm not complaining to the owner or Google unless I get bones in my burrito again this has to stop, it's almost every time.

Last night my girlfriends burrito she got had a handful of bones this time, it was so bad! My chicken wrap was filling and had no issues, saved the second half of it for today. I take a bite today and I bite into a long piece of plastic. Now it's not only bones o gotta worry about but trash.
