Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Winchester

I recently ordered a meal that included a pizza and boneless wings, which totaled just over $20. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The pizza was severely underwhelming—thin to the point of being flimsy, with very little sauce or cheese. The crust, particularly the stuffed portion, was doughy, pale, and undercooked. This made the pizza unappetizing, and it set a poor tone for the rest of the meal. The lack of quality in the pizza also made me question the integrity of the wings, as both items were prepared by the same kitchen staff. This concern ruined my appetite entirely.

When I called to address the issue, I was offered a $10 credit. However, given that the food was inedible and the entire meal was disappointing, I felt this resolution was insufficient. Additionally, the person I spoke with pushed back against my concerns, insisting the dough wasn’t undercooked but was simply “stretched too thin.” Regardless of the reasoning, the food quality was unacceptable, and the discussion quickly became frustrating. It felt dismissive and unproductive to argue over what type of “bad” the food was, rather than simply addressing the dissatisfaction.

After a lengthy conversation, during which I was interrupted multiple times, I was offered a remake of the meal. However, the offer felt insincere—why would I trust a replacement meal from the same establishment after receiving such poor-quality food and service the first time? Eventually, after continued back-and-forth, I was offered a full refund, but only after significant effort and nearly an hour of my time wasted.

This experience was disappointing on all fronts—subpar food, dismissive customer service, and an unnecessarily drawn-out resolution process. For anyone considering dining here, it’s worth noting that receiving satisfactory service or resolving an issue may require more effort than it should. Our family has always prefer "Pizza Hut"over all other comepetitor's. No matter what part of the country or what side of town we end up moving to, it has always been Pizza Hut hands down! Nonetheless... today was an unsatisfactory for me, and the Sahara location leaves a taste to be desired regarding they're customer service. I tried not to comment but after reading all these horrible experiences Pizza Hut's #1 customers had to say, I was immediately conveniced that there is difinatley a management problem! To be quite frank, I have never needed to call or complain about any of the crew members or the way they package or deliver the merchandise. However, today wasn't they're best yet, hence I have order pepreviously and took the liberty of reconsidering by giving them the benefit of doubt, but the joke was on me!!!

*Although my driver was prompt, his customer service wasn't appealing when asking to sign for authorizion of my card (as if suggesting to leave a tip). I'm just so glad I didn't, because his responsibility was to check if my food was well cooked and looked appropratitly appetizing (of which I know he didn't ) because... As I opened my box, the entire large pizza was all squished to one side of the box. Not only that, I was grossed out when... Pizza was cold and doughy. And don't get me started on them... Chicken wings tasted like my old Mexican chili candy from last summer, Gross! On another note .. Driver never offered me parmesan or red pepper packages none what so ever! WARNING! DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!

I did have a good review with this location. But now it is about to change. My mom and I ordered this pizza here. She was craving pizza because she’s been working long hours at work and decided that she’s order some Pizza Hut. Man was that a mistake. If it would let me post the video of how old and hard this pizza is. Everyone would never order from this location ever again. You can’t even bite into it. It is inedible. My mom contacted Pizza Hut and a lady was very rude and of course there could be NO WAY that she made the pizza bad right? We spent $80 on this pizza. All of it was stale, old, impossible to chew. The only thing that was decent were the wings. And she had the audacity to give my mama attitude. So now imma bring it back and she can eat it. My mom is so upset.
