I went to this location for the first time. I got there around 5:10pm. I made it home at 5:40pm. I walk in and there’s 3 orders ahead of me. I saw there was only one cook, and one of the orders was big, so I patiently waited. However, 10 mins go by and I see people (Mexican/Hispanic) were served before me and the other 2 ahead of me who are African-American like myself, though they made their orders after us. If I’m not mistaken, Roberto’s is on a first come, first serve basis. I go very often... The cashier calls carne asada fries lite guac, which is what I ordered, I walk up, after waiting 15 mins to get my food, he looks at a Hispanic/Mexican guy that was 2 orders behind me, and as I’m walking up, he gives it to him. I ask him l, “where’s my order, I ordered before him,” the cashier told me it’s coming... So I wait, again. He then calls another order of carne asada fries, I walk up, thinking it’s mine. When no one walks up, they call the tix number, the tix number is 118, my tix number is 116... The cashier holds up the bag up towards a Hispanic/Mexican man, who ordered after me, and the man states he didn’t order fries... So the cashier leaves the fries on the counter. No one picks them up... I then again ask, “where’s my order...?” I wait another 5 mins and the cook himself brings my...
Read moreI am so sorry for not catching the two gentlemen employees name's working on 11/08/24 (Between 8pm - 9pm). You lllk were very expedient and even though I only ordered one two chicken taco combo and was charged for two which I did receive two platters and my chimichanga and carne asada burrito, it was a blessing in disguise. Gave us something to snack on later. I'm not sure if it was a rough night or? The gentleman who handed me my food wasn't the same employee who took my order and took my payment much I did leave a tip in the very beginning which I just got the feeling the employee handing out the food didn't think I left a tip and kind of gave me a rough goodbye. Just relaying the impression I got, LOL. Truly I wasn't going to let that get to me because regardless this is a positive review and truly I enjoyed the quick service and I enjoyed the food and I will be a repeating customer. If they keep it up they definitely deserve erase and pay, for they will be the reasons for turning occasional customers to regulars. Thanks for your...
Read moreMy friend and I went here on our way back to our hotel after visiting the Las Vegas LDS temple. We were quite hungry and anxious for a good meal. The staff was unwelcoming but worse than that was the food.
The refried beans tasted like they had been in a can for several years past their expiration date, the rice obviously came out of a box, the taquitos looked and tasted like the frozen kind you buy at Walmart and the cheese enchilada was atrocious. The only thing I was able to eat was the burrito, because the meat at least seemed fresh. They didn't even cook the tortillas.
Overall we walked away still hungry and feeling like we overpayed for a horrible meal. Do not waste your money on this food, you could make better food at home for way less. Heck we could have bought stuff to heat in our hotel's microwave and it still would have been better. Considering how many great food places there are in Vegas you shouldn't...
