AT FIRST ROBERT TOLD ME SOMEONE LEFT THE STORE WITH MY ORDER AND IT SHOULD BE GETTING TO ME SOON SO I HUNG UP WAITING AN ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES JUST TO CALL BACK 10 MORE TIMES AND SANTIAGO TELLS ME THEY DONT HAVE MY ORDER BECAUSE THEY DONT DO DELIVERY WHEN I CLEARLY ORDERED FROM THEIR PLACE OF BUSINESS IN WHICH MY CARD WAS ALSO CHARGED 11.26 FROM THEIR STORE . Read moreI placed my order online was supposed to be ready at 5:10. I got there at 5:21 and didn’t get my food till 540. Then when I get home, I have paid for extra bacon to be put in my food. There was no bacon my sandwich was all thrown together it also had way too much salt and pepper and the lady told me she didn’t speak English. It’s kind of funny because like they’re not in an area where it’s all Hispanic families so they should have people that understand English and Spanish when I tried to call back to the store to let them know that I didn’t get my bacon and how my food was. Read moreI went to subways about 11:30am in the morning. I ordered a foot long Beast Sandwich. Which was made pretty good. I then asked the girl behind the counter about the macadamia cookies. She called them "white cookies". I asked her are the cookies fresh? She said "yes they are fresh." When I got home 30 minutes later to eat my sandwich and cookies. I find that the cookies are hard as bricks. She literally sold me yesterday's cookies that been sitting in the plastic showcase box for more than 24hrs! I was not a happy customer because I love my cookies! She lied to me! I used to buy Subways Macadamia Cookies all the time in the past and they were always fresh,soft and gooey right out of the oven.
