Normally, this Dunkin is best about their orders. However, today, my husband asked me to put in an order for him. When he got there, the female staff member was extremely rude to him. He was the only person in the drive thru. I found out after the fact, I put in the wrong order for my husband. Being that we just woke up within the hour, I thought he wanted a hot coffee, but he wanted a cold coffee. Instead of being understanding, the female staff member was obnoxious to my husband.
Update: Just go inside! The drive through is terrible now. The manager is great! A little bit after the previous experience, I put in an online order, and they managed to get the wrong donuts, and were melted. I go back inside, and the manager fixes my order. The manager gave me great service. The next time I went the drive through, the staff again didn't listen, but a gentleman there overheard the order and stepped up and fixed everything. We had another good experience after that, then today, the drive through people gave us the wrong donut. My husband, who always let's me sleep in on Saturdays, woke me to ask if I wanted anything, and I told him a chocolate iced donut. I told him, to get the one I want he had to say it that way, or they will give him a chocolate cake donut. "Ok" He goes up there, and he came back with a chocolate cake donut and said "some -- chick was rude to him." I would have put the order in, but the chocolate iced donut is not an option online. I tried calling to ask what terms do I need to use to get the donut I want. No one answered the phone. My advice, just go inside! If someone is rude, get the manager. The manager is great! Yes, I realize my husband could have had it fixed there, but he got irritated that the lady was rude to him again. He wanted to "come home and not deal with the stupidity". Yes, I am learning that I do not want to order anything from them unless I am the one...

I'm a pretty regular customer here and the service is always great, order is always correct and staff is always kind. However, today there was a worker I did not recognize and she was very unprofessional. Told me that I couldn't scan my QR for points on the app. I tried to explain it to her but she didn't seem friendly so I said nevermind. She rolled her eyes and was very cold afterwards. Then said "pull up and your wraps will be right out." After that, a man came out and handed me a sandwich. I figured I'd just take it sense she had been so rude, I didn't want to deal with it again. Well, the sandwich was ice cold and stale, had clearly been sitting out for quit some time. There was only one other person in the drive thru, they were not busy. I don't know how they could have mixed up the order with no one else there and the food clearly wasn't fresh. And the girl knew I had ordered wraps, she specifically said to pull up for them....
