Thread City Diner II — Restaurant in Windham

Since it's changed back to a Thread City location, things have been amazing. Sunflower toast has never been out of stock. (It is amazing you have to try it) Corned beef hash is fresh and tasty. I trust their eggs even if I get over easy. Everything has been delicious. The staff is friendly, personable and remember us. The Diner is clean. There is single seating to large group seating which is really cool if you bring the whole family. The lighting is not so bright you get a migraine but not so dim you question the food. It can get pretty noisy during peak hours. On the off chance I am there past 8:30 or so the noise and setup can cause a nuerodivergent "anxiety" response in the main room. I was on a long bike ride and passing through. I have to say the neighborhood is a bit sketch. I didn’t want to leave my bike unattended so I walked in and ordered something to go. The waitress that took my order couldn’t have been nicer, just a real person. I went back outside to watch my bike for like 5 min. Came back in and my order was ready. The BEC on a bagel was so delicious. Eggs fried thick cut bacon and lots of it and white American. So good it didn’t need ketchup. Originally I wanted to get a coffee from one of the coffee shops but ordered a black coffee. I figured it would be dinner coffee at best. I was so wrong. I'm all about breakfast, I've been here three times hoping that it would stay consistent, and it absolutely has, I tend to go in right at opening at 5:30 in the morning so it's still a little hectic for the staff trying to get ready for the day, but they do an awesome job, the food is excellent and they give you large portions, The Omelette was literally the size of my plate with what had to be at least a 1/3 of a pound of home fries, I've been to most diners around between Manchester and Baltic and they definitely give the best portions at a very...
