Burger King — Restaurant in Windsor

I was craving a burger and Burger King popped in my mind. I remember Burger King being a generous place with large portions and reasonable prices and it seems to be changing every day. Maybe it’s not personal and all of corporate America is going downhill, but half of my experience here is a clear example that things are changing. Now I will say I enjoyed the modern decor and atmosphere. It has a classic vibe to it. There were a lot of customers and it was kept clean. There was handicapped access and parking spaces for them. This Burger King is also connected to a gas station and it’s little market. Some of the prices here seem to still be decent. My guest had ordered 2 jr. burgers for $5. He said it was actually very tasty and it’s a good idea so you don’t always have to get such a huge burger if you’re not feeling up to it. Plus you can eat one now and save one for later, how perfect! The downside to this specific Burger King was was the disappointment I felt when the Manager was not understanding. I had repeated my order twice to make sure the cashier understood and yet it still came out incorrect. The manager ended up giving me what I wanted and for that I was happy, but the manager should always act kind and patient with the customers even if they’re wrong. The workers also need to be trained better so they know how to correctly respond to their customers when there is a problem. Overall, good food and place, customer service just needs to be worked...

Ive never seen such customer comes last service before. A friend and I went through drive through in morning for coffee and french toast, this is all we ordered, when we received the french toast she said bye, I said I'm sorry but where are the coffees? She said I would have to go around and come back through. I said you are joking right? She said no. Like I had the time to do that, no I did not and their mistake but I would be the one inconvienced by it. I was floored by this. Then I was telling my ex about what had happened and he said the same exact thing happen to him. He told the lady Im not leaving until I get my entire order, she got manager and he too said he would have to go back through the line. I have never gone to another Burger King since and...

The staff seem to have a lot of attitude one lady shows she hates her job she can not say your welcome when you say your please and thank yous for her service she just ignores it. Drive thru is a problem if you have a big order instead of waiting they always make you go to the front and park to wait even if there are no cars behind you! Granted this maybe to get a good score time but if its not really done and your cheating the system and making it complicated on your customers then make your production faster we go to drive thru for fast service or we would have parked and waited inside as you make us do. The orders have for the most part been correct when i order with my additions or deductions of condiments which is nice....
