Olivia was amazing to work with for my wedding on 10/10/15. I called her during the summer because I began panicking at the thought of not having a wedding coordinator and I needed some guidance with design, style, and of course, flowers. When I first spoke with Olivia on the phone, she was calm, cool, and collected and guided me through the process of choosing a color palette. I knew that Olivia was the one at that moment because she took the time to help me even though this was our first phone call and no contracts created yet! Olivia continued to help me throughout my wedding planning and really helped me stay on my budget. She puts her heart into her work and truly wants what is best for her clients to make their day perfect. On the day of my wedding, every guest was gushing at her flowers and design style. Where do i start?! First flowers were artistic and fresh & lovely arrangement! Recipient was THRILLED with this arrangement from Papillion :)they delivered timely and sent me a notification which is welcomed. I used a different florist not that long ago ( a couple weeks earlier) I wont use again bc i wasn't notified of delivery so I never knew it arrived- and on top of that the note i sent with it wasn't attached so my recipient never knew who sent them. It was for a work anniversary- and her husband and entire family was stumped on the mystery flowers sent to her. Olivia and her team were a dream to work with for our 11/21/15 wedding. Olivia helped to created a vision for our tables to exude the vibe that we wanted for our wedding. We met beforehand to go over what we needed, and then again for a consult on what the tables would look like. It was so helpful to know what things would look like for the tables beforehand. I mentioned a few tones I liked for the bouquets, and when she arrived with them it was like she plucked the image out of my head. She went out of her way to arrive early to set up a 16ft garland at our ceremony site which we so appreciated. She is super professional, timely, an expert at what she does, and has an amazing eye.
