On a gloomy Sunday morning 5/18/25 9:35 AM, I stopped for taco bell with the usual goal when one visits the bell, acquire some type of nutritional sustenance. The single worker was very quick, I got my food, said thank you and drove off as one routinely does without a second thought. On the journey home, the intoxicating aroma more than influenced my decision to enjoy one of the sausage breakfast burritos before reaching my destination. What came next, one couldn't suspect. This order of taco bell was easily the best bell i've ever consumed in my life and it isn't relatively close. The food was fresh, portions of ingredients were perfect, and the gentleman at the window provided plenty of tantalizing sauce. I unfortunately did not catch the name of the fine employee who served us that day, but he appeared to be a bald white man, age 25-35 with facial hair. This man should be awarded with a raise/ promotion immediately, simply because with this one fantastic experience provided by him, I will now to some degree frequent this establishment as consistent taco bell's are extremely hard to come by. Read moreWorst Taco Bell ever went inside to pick up my mobile order stood at the counter for 20 minutes why the employees just stared at me and not one of them not even the manager came up to greet me or take my order to make matters worse the manager stared at me several times and never came to the counter and then I said excuse me and still no response so then I said excuse me if you're not going to come up and take my order or greet me I would like my order canceled and then to top it all off the manager was rude and said that's okay what's your name and then said to everybody else working there in a rude way that my order was canceled and then went back to proceeding to ignore me at the counter worst Taco Bell experience ever the worst customer service and in all honesty the manager there should lose her job I don't know how she can be a manager with not having any customer service courtesy at all she is rude and the employees just sat there and ignore you along with the manager seriously hire people that have good customer service I will never come to this...
Read moreWe were really disappointed with our recent visit, especially considering we spent over $50 on our order.
The experience started off on the wrong foot. The person taking our order was pretty rude, and we ended up waiting about 30 minutes in line. One of our drinks was forgotten, and I had to ask for it, which gave me a feeling our order might not be right.
Sure enough, when we checked, an item was missing. When they remade it, it came out with no meat, so we had to send it back again. After a second try, it had missing sauces requested then the 3rd time everything finally seemed correct. By then, we had been waiting over 40 minutes.
Unfortunately, when we got home, we found that two of our Crunchwraps had no meat at all — just lettuce, tomato, and cheese. On top of that, none of our drinks had ice.
We rarely leave negative reviews, but this was incredibly frustrating. For the amount we paid, the experience and quality were just not acceptable. We won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this...
