Dunkin' — Restaurant in Winslow

So I drove up to order my coffee and to start off someone goes "WHAT DO YOU WANT?!" And so I paused, and then some person goes "how can I help you?" So I shook it off and ordered my drink along with a medium coffee that comes free with purchase (according to the sign and cashier). When she said yes after I asked if the medium was free I said "oh good because I only have enough for the one coffee on my app" she takes the 6$ off and then says okay you owe 4$ something still. I said no, the coffee was free you said. And she gets pissy with me and walks away from the window and says she cant deal with me or she gunna *. Instead of just settling it fairly... I ended up paying for the medium because she said it would be "redeemed" but it wasnt. I told them to rip their sign up for false advertising then. There was no need to take ot to the level that they did. Absolutley HORRIBLE cistomer service from ALL employees on morning shift. And I usually try my best to have the upmost respect and understanding for people working Customer Service but their is NO excuse for this really. On top of it they dont clean their drink...

stopped by dunkin this afternoon to order my niece the same drink she gets every time she goes to dunkin and has gotten at this particular dunkin a zillion time. A signature iced carmel craze latte with cream and oat milk. The guy taking the order refused to put cream in her drink. I called my niece to make sure she wanted both cream and oat milk and she said yes. the guy still refused to put cream in her drink because “dunkin doesnt allow them to put cream in a latte” which if this were actually the case then she would have been refused this drink many times previously. After spending 100’s of dollars at this location to be refused an Ingredient i am asking for to be put in a drink that someone is asking for is ridiculous. even if that ingrediant isnt usually put in the drink. If that what i want to do then i shouldnt be denied that order. honestly i have never witnessed so much ignorance in my life! I am just completly baffeled by this. I guess we can only go to the store in the morning when the competent...

Today I got a "latte" delivered to me and it was all milk and sweetener. So I had to gather myself to head back down to dunkin donuts personally, not feeling well, at that. So I brought in my cup and explained that I got this delivered and it has no espresso.. kid said " I got you..." then returns with my SAME CUP but now had espresso in it.. So my cup which was taken home and back and drank from was placed under the machine with my staw. Needless to say reason 7658398 why I'm resuming my dunkin donuts boycott. I've heard of multiple customers walking into that location and flipping out on the workers.. I could see how this could be the case. With the prices they charge for items I could hope for a little more accuracy. But so seems to be the times. Attention to detail or even paying attention seems to...
