The Concourse — Local services in Waterville

Be prepared to be approached by homeless asking you for money. They loiter over near dollar genral/goodwill and police don't do much about them. The pavement is horrible littered with potholes everywhere. The businesses are great and need to complain to whoever owns the parkinglot to have it paved. Maybe Colby can help as alot of the traffic in and out of their is vans and cars of students going to their new dorm building? 1 star is due to the homeless the loiter ans the parking lot deteriorating!
