Cheryl’s food is good, customer service not so much. My sister & I attempted to order food Saturday 7/26 at 8:40 pm. Given that it was so close to closing, we asked could we still place an order? The girl said yes. We asked “can we call back in a few minutes” as she said they no longer had hot subs. We talked it over. Call back at 8:45 and the phone rang 20+ times and no one ever answered. So my sister said “let’s just go there. She said we could still order so if we actually walk in the place, they have to take our order.” . I said to her “ I doubt it because they’re not answering the phone because I guarantee you they shut the oven off as soon as we hung up.” I was exactly right! As soon as we walked through the door, the girl came out and said “ I’m sorry we’re closed, our ovens are off.” It was now 8:47. My sister said “we We’re just on the phone with you! You said we could place an order.” I realize it’s late at this point , but she told us on the phone yes, you can still place an order. Then promptly closed early as they wanted to leave i’m guessing. Very poor business practice to lie to your customers and then close up shop early. If she had simply said “we turn our ovens off at 8:30” for example, “ you can only get cold food,” We would have been fine with that. I would have understood. This was NOT cool! I asked her “why did you tell us we could call back and place an order then?” And she just said “sorry we had to shut our ovens off. We had to close.” I said “that’s pretty messed up”and we left. Between my sister, me and my nephew we place a lot of orders with Cheryl’s. None of us will be ordering from Cheryl‘s anymore. They have lost our business. I hope the owner realizes his employees running things in this manner will continue to lose them customers. There are other places...
Read moreYou know you would think that when u place a order for delivery and it states 45mins it actually means 45mins. Nope I legit just called to let them know that my porch light blew out so my yard is very dark just for them to tell me that they haven't even made my food and that it's going to be another 20-40mins before I get my order when I've already been waiting 45mins. You would think they would compensate with a discount or something considering I will now be waiting well over a hour for a delivery order that I was told would only take 45mins. Nope they didn't and wouldn't compensate any kind of discount on my order even though they are at fault. Idc if u have one driver the owner should then step in and help out either in store or on the road making deliveries. I feel like people are quick to throw out excuses as to why something is happening like it is rather than taking responsibility and taking charge of the situation. Food is amazing but doesn't excuse the excuses nor does is excuse the extremely late delivery that is just about 1.5hrs...

I know its a new business and all ,but you need to do better..People shouldn't have to wait 2 plus hours for their food Your losing a lot of business which is unfortunate. The one line says it be ready at a certain time and then still have to wait 30 plus minutes to receive your order. I realize online ordering doesn't know the business your doing. Maybe shut that down until you get all the kinks worked out and you can better serve the customers that you have by calling in or walking in to your business. A lot of people will order online and get there to pick up their order ,and not be ready. Why pee off all of them ? Just a thought.
