Let me start out by saying this has to be one of the worst dining in experiences I've ever had in my entire life and I've been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years Done everything from FOH to BOH to management to owning and this is the worst. Got there about 5:50pm we got sat right away well it took our waite 15 minutes to even acknowledge us. So we gave him our drink orders my fiance and I got some drinks from the bar our daughter had a Sprite well then he comes back and takes our food order so she got soup I got salad our soup and salad come out still no drinks from the bar we didn't get our drinks from the bar until after we were done with our soup and salad which was like 15 minutes later. So after he brings us our drinks from the bar right before our food comes out The guy never comes back to our table doesn't come to check on us doesn't come to ask how our food was doesn't come ask us if we would like any more drinks, nothing he never came to check on us. So we finally got our bar drinks like a few minutes before our food came out which took about 45 minutes and we're sitting there eating we finished eating still waiter did not come and check on us did not ask if we wanted anything else to drink and not ask us how our food was or anything. My meal I get every time the chicken Brian did not taste like it normally does and the tomatoes and some of the herbs look like it should have been thrown out 5 days ago It looked awful It did not look appetizing it did not look good and it didn't taste right either. Now I've had the garlic mashed potatoes probably 150 times this was the worst I couldn't even finish mine I barely even ate half of them they were horrible absolutely horrible and I can barely finish my chicken Brian either cuz that was awful. My fiance had chicken parm I wonder how long that chicken parm was sitting in that salamander to melt the cheese because that cheese was so dark and black it look burnt. Her chicken around the edges was so hard she couldn't even eat it. So nonetheless obviously the waiter was so involved with the table behind us that he neglected every other table around him and it's sad cuz these people pay good money pay $100 to come in for a meal last night for this waiter not to even come and check on my table one time and I left him a 20% tip too never again I will never come back to your location with service like that. I mean I understand about being in the weeds and being busy as a server or waiter but never ever have I ever not checked on a table taking two to three seconds of my time to say is everything okay can I get you anything else Hey I'm busy can I get you anything I'll get it to you as soon as possible That's the least he could have done cuz obviously it was me and my fiance she had a prosthetic leg and I was with my 8-year-old daughter maybe he didn't think our tip was going to be good enough but I start at 20% and I can either go up or go down from there depending on how your service is That's okay I'll take my 20% or 25% tip and take it to another Carrabba's where the waiter will be more than happy to wait on us and receive that tip. Because we are easy people to deal with we don't ask for a lot we don't run you to death The only thing we ask is don't let our drinks run out and at least come and check up on us like this waited to failed to do. He was the real tall older gentleman in there with the gray beard but because of that I wont come back. They had a promotional Berry Martini with a holiday ornament for like $11.99 and I got the drink but never the ornament but still got charged that's false advertisement it also said while supplies last if you knew you were out of the supplies why did you let me go ahead with that order so I got ripped off there that's false advertisement making me pay for something I never got I want my money back. And then my fiance she orders a Long Island iced tea they put it in a small glass And it's supposed to go in a tall glass she couldn't hardly drink it. So I think we might just go somewhere...

Our experience here hasn’t been great for a while now, but this last visit was the straw that broke the camels back for us. We had a waitress we have never had before, Bronwyn. Before we ever got greeted we sat at the table for a while with no one coming by. Our table was very close to where the hostess desk is, and it appeared that the hostess and server were arguing about us being seated in that area. The waitress finally came over after looking very annoyed, was pretty short with us. This was maybe 8pm during the week, so we didn’t come in super close to closing. We were made to feel like she wanted nothing to do with waiting on us. There was guests in the booth next to ours, and ironically she would be chatting with them and seemed friendly. When we would stop her for a refill or anything we needed, there was definitely a shift in her demeanor. I’m not going to state the reason I think we were being treated differently, but I definitely think it has to with the whole reason she was irate with the hostess for seating us with her. It was difficult to get what we needed anyway - drinks would stay empty, we needed extra dressing and sauce, we wound up with a bunch of dirty plates on the table. The food was just okay, there’s been a pattern of the food just not being as good as it used to be. My wife’s meal was very salty but she didn’t want to complain. We also felt very rushed, asked if we wanted boxes maybe 10 minutes after we got the food. Honestly we used to love coming here, you would see a lot of the same faces as far as the staff goes and all were very nice. I know the pandemic has changed a lot and turnover happened with all restaurants but I don’t think that’s the only reason this location is left with subpar and unwelcoming staff like Bronwyn. We visit my parents in Concord fairly often, and our experience with the Carrabba’s location is a world of a difference including the quality of the food. Very similar to how it used to be here. So I think at this point we are done with coming here and will only visit the Concord location. I know staff is hard to come by these days but keeping poor employees is counter productive in my opinion. The manager, Daniel, used to be very present on the days we typically go there - now you hardly see any management around. I highly recommend that you avoid this location, or at least this waitress in particular. I still left her a decent tip, only because I know it’s the only way they get paid. However I typically leave twice what I left her. Again, we will visit the concord location from this time...

I love this place don't get me wrong the spicy chicken soup is 1 of my favorites. They took away the main reason we go it's a shrimp and calamari appetizer with this great sauce I mean hands down the best thing I've had in awhile, but they no longer serve it. I was so disappointed, then I went to order my usual drink an Italian raspberry soda and they took that away to. I was like you have got to be kidding me. They took club soda and raspberry flavor and made me one, but it has to be made not just available like the other was. I got told they don't do the shrimp calamari thing because not enough people were ordering it. All you people must have been out of your mind! Guaranteed if samples of it with the sauce were handed out to try everyone would know about it and love it ! I am SO sad to say we will not be going anymore though I do love the soup . I do recommend this place and the food is good. The shrimp scampi I tried to see if maybe I would like it in place of the other one and it's a def no. Great place the tall bearded owner or manager or whoever he is, is such a nice guy. It's a very nice place hence the five stars. I literally came that day to eat my fav appetizer and have a good day. They let me keep an extra pasta because I did not speak up during my order (my fault). I literally still give this place a five star. Yes, if you're thinking of eating here you should . Nice employees nice atmosphere not too expensive not too crowded and not loud in general. I get set on my fav thing and when I can no longer get it, it ruins things for me, but (for non picky butts) this...

Her chicken around the edges was so hard she couldn't even eat it. So nonetheless obviously the waiter was so involved with the table behind us that he neglected every other table around him and it's sad cuz these people pay good money pay $100 to come in for a meal last night for this waiter not to even come and check on my table one time and I left him a 20% tip too never again I will never come back to your location with service like that. And then my fiance she orders a Long Island iced tea they put it in a small glass And it's supposed to go in a tall glass she couldn't hardly drink it. I had the pleasure of returning to Carabo’s after a couple of years, and I’m thrilled to say the experience was just as fantastic as I remembered. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and warm, with a great vibe. We were lucky enough to be served by Sean, the same server who had taken care of us during our last visit. It’s always a great sign when you see familiar faces at a restaurant—it speaks volumes about the quality of the staff and the place itself. Sean was absolutely amazing once again. This time, he was training a new server, Clare, and let me tell you, they make an incredible team. Clare was already so on top of everything, and Sean’s guidance made the service flow seamlessly. They worked together with such clarity and professionalism, ensuring our dining experience was top-notch from start to finish. We decided to go all out and ordered almost everything on the menu. Every dish was simply perfect, from presentation to flavor. You could tell the kitchen was on their A-game tonight. The attention to detail was evident, and every bite was a reminder of why we loved this place so much in the past. The highlight of the night, aside from the amazing food, was the impeccable service. Sean and Clare made sure everything was taken care of, and their positive energy made the evening even more enjoyable. It felt like a special night out, and it truly exceeded our expectations. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, and I can’t recommend Carabo’s enough to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

I personally have not eaten at this Carrabba’s but I did have a wonderful customer service experience with one of the Managers Named Tyler there. I had received a text message asking me to confirm an order there that I had not placed. I called the restaurant and was directed to the manager Tyler and I explained what had happened and that I was worried someone had my card information. He told me not to worry and that he would hold the order until it was paid for and would make sure that he got back in touch with me when the lady that ordered the food came in and the situation was settled. I thought for sure I’d never hear anything about it again but 45 minutes later I received a very thoughtful message explaining that everything was a misunderstanding and that my phone number was used to set up a rewards account a long time ago and that nothing was to worry about. Tyler saved me a lot of worrying and headache thinking someone had stolen my card for a second time and it almost brought a tear to my eye to know that someone still cares about their job and the people it affects. I cannot leave a higher than fantastic review of this persons work ethic and morals and positively believe they should be commended in some way or another.
