I walked into the restaurant at atound 7:55 pm. Even though there was only one person ahead of me, our orders were not taken for over five minutes. I ordered two $3.00 specials with 2 legs and one thigh in each, one wing and a side item. 7 or 8 customer's came in and ordered and left. I asked the cashier how long mine would be at 8:15 , she said youre up next we had to cook your chicken ( I'm thinking ,it takes this long to cook legs and thighs). At 8:37 i was finally handed my food, the chicken was so saturated with grease that the box was totally soggy and the skin was almost completely off of the legs. The young lady at the counter very shyly said im sorry you had to wait so long , its our stove. I told her thank you and no worries but i was very disappointed. The manager was only feet away making orders ,not one time did the she interact with the customers or apologize for the long wait, or even explain what was going on, she didnt say a word as if this was normal to take a customers money and have them wait 45 minutes to get there food. Manager etiquette should be univetsal, whether its a five star or a one star . i definitely think this is a coaching opportunity for the manager where, she could benifit from a refresher in people...
Read moreIf we're able to give to give half stars, this establishment would be the 1st place of business that I will give it to. Upon arriving to the place, the appearance was the first red flag. Second red flag, was the young lady's attitude. Third red flag was them not having unsweetened tea, "We only have sweet tea". Fourth red flag was after getting the sweet tea, I kindly asked the young lady why I didn't have any ice. She said and I quote "we out of ice. There's no ice no where in the store." So on top of me chosing to have sweet tea, I have to drink it warm. Think it could get any worse? I thought it couldn't until the 5th and final straw was in two parts. 1st part was receiving the fish sandwich on sandwich bread or as we say in the urban community, "light bread." 2nd part of the final straw was asking the cashier "do we get two pieces of fish with the sandwich" and her response was "no, but I can break it in half." Listen Linda, I'm too done. We're done with fast food for one whole day.

Read moreThis location compared to the other location on Patterson tase better. The customer service and professionalism was terrible. The employees didn't function as a team and some clearly didn't want to be there. One employee when asked to help with a Order by fixing the drinks didn't want to but after being called out for being unwilling to help they begrudgingly fix it and then grabbed the straws and trew them onto the counter instead of coming back to counter and handing them to me while my hand was clearly out. Now that just about made me want to walk out but since I was sent to get this for someone else and I had drove far to get their I decided to hold it in. but think that's one time I wanted to pull my belt out and teach a brat a lesson. Don't get me as someone who works in customer service I'm very understanding to the stress of the job especially in the restaurant profession so give people the benefit of the doubt and of course I don't expect 5 star service but that crossed the line. Any way I would not go out my way to buy food here unless you're in the area passing by and...
