If I could give this place zero stars I would give it less than that. I ordered a VEGAN pizza NO cheese online not only did it take forever to be delivered (after the pizza was already made and "double checked") even though the store is literally exactly 5mins away from my location, but the pizza that was delivered was WRONG. I called back the store only to be rudely spoken to by BRADY (who is NOT the manager apparently but angrily refused to allow us to speak to one) but to be outright disrespected and told that I could not have a replacement pizza because its "not their problem". We waited a very long time for an absolute disappointment and even all graceously overly tipped their stoned out delivery dude, Luke, who probably didnt even know which way was up or down and even took literally 20minutes to walk from the parking lot to the front door. I am infuriated with the lack of professionalism and out right disrespect. What kind of manager refuses to perform management requirements?? Absolutely insane and childish. Waste of money. First, there is a delivery fee. Second, I found that you had to spend $12 before the delivery was free. So my free pizza was going to cost $12. Do, I thought, okay, I'll pick it up. I found that the free pizza wasn't free, if you picked it up. This is typical bait and switch tactics. Yes, yes, down in the very fine print you can read these things, but wouldn't it be great if they actually told you that up front, before you waste time. The best part is when u call the store u get these employees who are under trained, rude, or sound lost and can’t give u a definitive answer. It’s been very few times that I called the got quick and simple service. How do u work there and can't even answer a question or just have the common sense to place someone on hold and ask someone who knows. The best part is you ask to speak to a manager and the manager refuses to get on the phone to help. He just sends the lost sounding employee back on the phone.
