Stopped by to get my avocado toast with bacon today. Dunkin Donuts on Country Club Rd. Winston Salem, NC is always hit or miss on accuracy but not usually on customer service, today they failed at both. I’ve had multiple issues ordering the avocado toast with bacon at this location. Often it’s missing the bacon or simply not toasted at all. I’ll pull over in a space and go inside to ask them to fix the error and usually they apologize and quickly fix the problem. That’s not to say I haven’t had to go all the way back to the store, making me late for work, on more than on occasion but I’ve learned now to check my order before I leave. This morning was exceptionally frustrating. I got my usual avocado toast with bacon but this time there was the tiniest amount of bacon sprinkled mostly on the bottom of the box. After asking them to at least try and make this piece of bread worth the $5 I paid this is the picture of the toast she basically threw at me through the window while rolling her eyes at me as if I’d done something wrong. As manager she never addressed me or spoke to me about my issue or offered and apologies for her lack of attention to procedures or appropriate portions. I was treated as if I was the problem. Do better Dunkin or I’ll go to Starbucks and I’m a loyal $11 a day...
Read moreI have tried to give this location the benefit of doubt. Yet, they continue to disappoint. Ordered online, they couldn't make(wouldn't) make my drink and said they didn't know how to refund. Wanting me to take something else. I had to return for refund the next day and leave without product, as they were rude and adamant they couldn't help. Then, I ordered my same latte and no sweetner/ caramel was added. Went back, manager had it remade. Now, today same thing no caramel. Goes back and they've overdone the sweetner to where now the coffee taste isn't present. I'm sure this was done intentionally. I'll never go back to another dunkin. They are too inconsistent and does not appear to care about the customers (repeated customers). They will close soon, if they continue to allow such hiccups and not focus on...
Read moreAbsolutely awful. I went this afternoon and three employees were inside but certainly not there to work. A man and two women, just standing there looking absolutely clueless. I sat at the window waiting to pay for 5+ minutes, completely ignored. I walk in and he looks at me like he’s totally confused on why I’m inside. Why did not one employee think to go to the window and say sorry about the wait we’ll be right with you? There was no one in the drive thru and no one in the store. The one other time I went to this location I ordered 50 munchkins on the app and was told they only had 25 and they were unable to do a refund. Never again.
