We ordered a 16'' Large Sicilian Pizza, Calamari Fritti, and a Child's Spaghetti through Postmates for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the child's spaghetti. I mean, look how much came with this thing! Unfortunately, that was the only exceptional part of our order. For 3 items and a $50+ tab later, we were unimpressed with the calamari which was more or less what you'd expect at any pizza spot and we really wanted to love the pizza which looked saucy and cheesy at first glance, but after biting into it, tasted like a mouthful of bread with a thin skimming of sauce and cheese on top. I wish that saucy and cheesy layer ran deeper into the dough so that it tasted more like a balanced pizza. I'd try again if this changed, otherwise, there are many other places I'd choose to enjoy pizza.

Called today for take out, ordered the Greek chicken salad. Just transferred for work from 2 cities over and starting to get out and see what’s around me. My food was great, salad was big, fresh and the chicken was seasoned just right. Even the plain Italian bread was good, I’m usually not a fan because some restaurants serve it so hard its hard to eat, but this wasn’t. This is much better than paying the same price for a mediocre salad from a nearby drive through. The owner/manager (?) looked at me strange like I had 10 heads or something, not sure why, new face? I can’t attest to the eat-in experience or cleanliness because I was in a hurry. But I will definitely be back.

what it do LAGOOGLERS!!! For starters this restaurant was clean as hell. Idk if it's bc ppl Don't hardly sit and eat here enough to mess it up; or bc they keep it clean here. The staff was very pleasant and on point making sure that i had everything that i needed. I ordered a Hawaiian type pizza with pineapples and sausage. That pizzai WAS NOT a fan of. The sausages were pale looking and tasted horrible. They didn't taste like sausage. The pepperoni was divine. Sooo good, like the pizza from teenage mutant ninja turtles.. the crust was good too.i love crust. The Chandeliers reminded me of an old fashioned italian restaurant as well, i love that part.

I've had ordered from this place several times. I had some slightly wrong orders but nothing horrible and I rarely right reviews because I work in the customer service field and "get it" as I mostly order on busy nights. This particular night I called ( a few weeks ago) and Someone answered and said Elizabeth's pizza please hold. I said ok and stayed on hold for over 10 mins and then the line disconnected. Thinking is was my signal, I called back. Same thing, Elizabeth's pizza please hold. and again I was on hold this time for about 6 or 7 minutes before the line disconnected again. I called back again and the same thing .... "Elizabeth pizza please hold" This time I yelled ma'am ma'am ya''ll keep hanging up on me. She says I'm not hanging up on you, There's a glitch in our phone system. I'll just put the phone down. I said ok and sat on hold again. When they finally took my order and started taking my card information the phone disconnected again. I try to call back AGAIN!! Same thing Elizabeth pizza please hold. I try to get her attention again. but I am put back on hold. By this time I am fed up and I give up! about 20mins later the restaurant called me back and asked to finish with the card information or did I still want the order which I replied NO.... I Ordered from somewhere else. I never said anything disrespectful or raised my voice at all!!! about 40 mins later the delivery guy rings the bell. (I order from here so much I've developed a re pore with him!) And told him that I told the restaurant to cancel the order. He just says ok and that it's crazy in there. Fast forward to today! I call to order and the lady advises there is a do not deliver to this address because I ordered food and didn't want it. I never did that!! I'm trying to explain to this woman and even have to ask her not to cut me off and say to her please listen I am a customer and have ordered from here alot, may I speak to a Manager. That is not what happened. She advises she was the one I talked to ( I know that because I'm not going to go below the belt and talk about just how bad her phone etiquette skills are! I know it's her every time I speak with her. but heck it's good pizza so I let it go most of the time.) And that I never told her to cancel the order. YES I DID!!!! My family even dines in often so are we like banned from the restaurant too? I would never do that to anyone. I respect restaurant workers and the like because I was a General Manager for Wendy's for 5 years!! I really hope the owner of the restaurant will get to read this. So you can get the full story. Not once was I rude even with phone glitch hang ups and being placed on hold a few times. and then being cut off as I explain what really happened. Now I did tell the woman on the phone she lied. Because she said I said I wanted the order. and was using a mocking tone and I was trying to keep a professional one. As I'm writing, It really is ok never to deliver again. But I really, really hope you "THE OWNER WHO SHE SAID BANNED ME" Gets the whole story. And to be honest, If you know your phone system is having problems and it's a busy night.... It could have easily been a simply mistake and just hear what I have to say and move on. That's good customer service, especially as you can see I was a repeat customer and place big orders (I have a FAMILY OF 4!!!!) I was never rude, never cussed ya'll out, always tipped the drivers... Like ....ya'll just need to evaluate what just...

Been coming here for YEARS. Always good food...sometimes better than others. Fluctuates over the years with the kitchen. The service is always odd. Today we ordered on-line, paid a delivery fee, tipped 20%, and the driver arrived in an hour. So far so good.

However they forgot my son's drink and my son went back out to tell the driver and he made my son go through the order 'to be sure'...it wasn't. Not a big deal but the driver said sorry just call the restaurant. When I did the woman kept the phone near her mouth and was yelling to people in the kitchen, "Did you forget a soda? Did you forget a soda?" Into my ear!

She got back on the phone and said I had to wait until the driver got back to check and see if I really had ordered a soda. All I wanted was an "oops, sorry! We overlooked it!" I don't want someone to waste gas or time about a soda. I don't care about that. I care about the fact that the driver told me to call the restaurant to let them know, she said she needed to be sure i ordered a soda and i asked if she thought i was calling to lie about a soda. She hung up on me.

Recap: frequent customer, good tipper (never less than 20% because that is only decent despite always iffy service), treated like I was trying to swindle them for a $2 soda (by both the driver and yelling and rude woman on phone) so I am leaving a bad review. I never leave bad reviews because you should verbalize a problem and not publicize without trying to work it out. When you hang up without an apology, that does not get to happen.

Hope it was with $2 to be rude and not...

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled after my recent experience. I ordered the pesto pasta from Elizabeth’s last night, something I had thoroughly enjoyed on a previous visit. That first time, the dish was absolutely incredible, which made me excited to try it again as takeout. Unfortunately, what I received was a major letdown. While the spilled sauce on top the container wasn’t a big issue, the real disappointment came with the first bite. The pesto tasted off, completely different from the rich, flavorful version I remembered. To be blunt, it tasted almost identical to Prego’s Creamy Basil Pesto sauce, which I’ve tried not too long before and found underwhelming. I had turned to Elizabeth’s pesto to satisfy a craving that store-bought brands simply couldn’t meet. Last night, it felt like I could’ve just stayed home and made it myself, and that’s not a compliment. I ended up tossing most of the meal. It was a waste of money, time, and anticipation. It’s disheartening when a restaurant that once delivered something memorable changes the quality of its ingredients or recipe so drastically. I understand that times are tough, but cutting corners risks alienating loyal customers. Sadly, I won’t be returning. I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit it’s intended: honest, disappointed, and coming from someone who really believed in...
