If I could give this McDonalds 0 stars I would. My sister went to this location on 3/21/2021 and they made her order incorrectly. She called back in same day but later that day and spoke with a manager about the issue who stated that they would place her name in the book. My sister expressed that she lives out of town and does not come to this location often so she would not be able to come back soon to which the manager responded that this would not be a problem and to just let whoever was on duty know that her name was in the books and the whole meal will be comped. For this meal There was no sauce in the order ( after she asked for extra, and said She would pay for it), the sides for the happy meals werenât correct, and the coffee was awful after She asked for a special request of only half the cream and sweetener. Regardless, she kept the receipt as advised and she was willing to go back today to give them another chance. Today she went through the drive thru and told the person working about the issue, that she has the receipt and her name would be in the book. Upon pulling up she was ABSOLUTELY BELITTLED and discriminated against. There was a Hispanic manager that ended up coming to the window and DEGRADED her. The manager told my sister her name was Esmerelda but when I called she said her name was Carena and that she was the only manager on duty. This manager asked my sister why she waited this long to come back, she told her that her name was not in the books and even had the AUDACITY to say that she is poor because she couldnât afford the $14 meal. My sister was calm and rightfully upset about the experience and while trying to speak with the manager, the manager called the cops on her (for no reason at all). The cops arrived, had conversations and my sister ended up just leaving but when she was going to leave she requested her receipt back to which the manager responded that she would not give it back to her. My sister ended up having to get the police involved to get HER receipt back with her card information on it. On top of all of this she was yelled at by the other people in line. My sister was belittled, degraded, discriminated against and left her feeling absolutely crushed all because this manager refused to do her job, be professional and provide her what was rightfully hers. I called in today to ask who the manger on duty was so that we can start the complaint process with corporate and Carena the manager ended up hanging up on my 6 times after I asked for her bosses name. She refused to provide me her bosses name and told me that I would have to call back tomorrow morning to get it. Carena the manager told me if I called back again that she would take my number and provide it to the police. I canât understand how the police could get involved with me simply asking for her bosses name and me getting hung up on 6 times. Absolutely worst management and experience I have ever seen. We will be posting complaints on every site, reaching out to the media and reaching out to corporate/...
Read moreIdk which location this is asking about as I went to 2 yesterday while delivering for door dash. The one in clemmons is the one I am giving 2 stars. For poor customer service in the drive thru. The girl was all but downright rude. I say "all but" because it wasn't what she said, rather that she seemed to flat out ignore everything I said. My 7yo daughter kept telling her she liked her (shirt, hat, idk. She compliments absolutely everyone on something or another. đ„°) and the girl never even glanced in our direction, not even when she handed me my bag. Not when I said "hey",asked how she was, thanked her, told her have a good evening, told my daughter "maybe she didn't hear you, told daughter "its okay honey, not everyone wants to talk to us" and then finally "I'm sorry sweetie, some people are just rude and there is nothing we can do to change that". Because she was genuinely confused and almost becoming distressed at the fact that her well intended compliment wasn't being heard by this busy girl who is working hard and maybe needs someone to say something nice to her. Which is what I have taught her, that you have the power to change peoples days and lives with your words. And so she tries to speak to and to say something kind to everyone she meets, and has never encountered anyone who didn't speak back. I know working in fast food sucks, there is a reason I am not there. Lol. If you hate it that much, quit! Otherwise you could at least fake a smile and a "I'm good. How are you?" Like the rest of us do on a daily occasion.
If this is for Jonestown though I would give them 3 stars (not that it counts this way but ya know. You asked without specifics). It was a trip to mcdonalds. Lol. slightly longer than what I felt to be necessary (but I could be wrong) wait both in line and at the window, whoever took my order kind of seemed impatient/like I was bothering them and apparently cashed out my order before I was done bc when I said my last thing she said she would add it at the window..idk. it didn't get added.. but I didn't bring it up again either..but at the window the girls were both friendly (enough) and interactive. At least they had ice cream which is more than I can say for...
Read moreI am a Delivery Driver. I have picked up orders from this McDonalds (every McDonalds in Forsyth County) on numerous occasions. On the delivery driver app for drivers, is very clear. I followed protocol by matching the last three of order and name. Picked up order in the contactless mobile and other delivery driver companiesâ part of the counter. ESPARANZA yelled at me in front of staff and customers saying I needed to check with a manager before picking up an order. When I said I have never had an issue at this McDonalds or any other McDonalds, ESPARANZA yelled at me "I'm talking about THIS McDonalds." When I asked why she was so hostile and yelling at me, she threatened to call Uber Support on me. Other customers and staff were all in disbelief at how ESPARANZA was talking to me. When I asked for the store number and the customer service number, ESPARANZA threatened to call the police if I called and complained. I have never, ever had any manager ant any McDonalds ever yell at me like I am some child. I called customer service the same day and have yet to hear from the owner, the general manager, etc... I was humiliated in front of everyone, and nothing was done. If ESPARANZA is still part of their management team, I will sue McDonalds, That McDonaldâs, the owner and the general manager for allowing this. To add insult to injury, itâs all on camera and still, nothing was done. When I am out on deliveries and I see an order for this one, I decline it. I don't feel safe or welcomed. I have never had an issue with any staff member as a delivery driver or as a customer and I...
