Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

we are exceptional customers to this business for as long as it has been open in the winston-salem area... long story short our family members birthday fell on mother’s day Sunday, we purchased the cake, like we do for EACH one of our family members and were scheduled to pick up on saturday before mothers day, basically it completely slipped our mind because we had a sickness in our family & they are not open Sundays so we were left without a cake, but we then go to pick up the cake as soon as we could (not caring that it had been a few days) and called ahead before going into the location to explain what had happened. the woman that answered was very rude and careless to the situation and did not handle the situation in any way professional. she stated that someone had picked up the cake Saturday, which was not the case (we have very few people who knew of the cake because it was a surprise and we are following social distancing regulations) and that was not the case the woman called us a liar and when asked if she looked through the cameras she said yes very quickly without hesitation or pause... and when asked to how she “allegedly” was SO sure that she looked through the cameras (complete BS) she said “well even if you didnt pick it up we guarantee freshness 5 days and wouldnt have given it to you”, even though we already paid she had the audacity to say this. when we told her we weren’t thieves and wouldnt argue over a $40 cake when we have spend hundreds for years at NOTHING BUNDT CAKES, she told us “you already said that but we wouldnt have given it to you”. she was disrespectful and it was disappointing to know that they dont care enough about their customers or at least not diverse individuals? either way we will be taking our business elsewhere & be sure to let everyone we know about the incident because we have recommended them to multiple friends and family members that mention it to their customers in the multiple businesses we own across...

These cakes are truly impeccable. We’ve had samples delivered to our work and my husbands work too, but for the first time we placed a cake order for my sister-in-laws bday. We placed the order yesterday morning, (name under Harvey if company needs this for reference) and came by this morning to pick it up. Upon entering we were stared at annoyingly (maybe one employee said hi) didn’t ask how they could help until we were just standing there silently for a few seconds. We waited a few minutes while the lady went to the back to retrieve our order.. only when she came back, she had a box and took the cake from the display case out and the cake from the back inserted in the display case. Is this normal? I mean I didn’t know how long the display one had been sitting there and just figured they’d have given us one from the back? I never expect a business to jump up and down upon me entering, but we didn’t feel welcome or like our business was appreciated by...

I was over that way doing a class. So I just went in to see what they had, never been in here before. I bought mini snickerdoodle and pumpkin. OMG!! That was the best cake I have ever had! It was so rich, moist, I don't like cream cheese icing but this was amazing it didn't even taste like cream cheese. I recommend this 100% and I'll be going back every time I'm in that area! We'll have to change this to a 1. Older lady that helped me didn't want to be there. U could tell in her attitude. Then she got me the wrong cakes. Told her what I wanted and she still got me the wrong cakes. But I didn't see that till I got ho.e. I even tipped her cause she just wasn't having a good day. I'll never be back.
