Went to my first Dash game. I got to the park early and had no idea where to park. (Handicapped spot) I ask an attendant at another lot, who pointed to the right lot and told me who to see. The people at the main lot were very helpful, including the worker that advised me to back into my spot so I would not get blocked in I left. I didn't do my research beforehand. You pay for parking either by an app or at a kiosk. No cash accepted. Same for concessions no cash. The ball park is beautiful! The seats are comfortable and spaced so you don't feel like you are crowding the person sitting beside you. I went on a Tuesday night so it was not crowded. I never waited in line for anything. If I'm in town again I will definitely try to take in another game.

Really nice stadium. Paid for parking in advance and worth every dime. Seats were in right field (home run seats) and were very close to the parking lot. Rides for kids. Great food with lots of options. The sun was rough in the afternoon so I would advise sunglasses and a ball cap or visor for these seats. Overall great experience. Beautiful ball park.

What a nice stadium! Lots of different food and drink options around. They had two different beer gardens on the backside of the stadium with talks of another one.. hmmm. Parking wasn’t too bad either, which for being downtown can sometimes be stressful.

Have been to this venue on many many occasions. And have been attending sporting event for 47 years. And never have witnessed such odasity of the Dash and the policy's of BB&T Park. The outrageous ways they treat paying fans that attend there ball games. Have health conditions that requires medication at punctual times. and I don't consume alcohol or soda and after making me throw 2 brand new bottles of water in the garbage can speak to me like a piece of trash. That is pertinent to take medication and of course stay hydrated after the first time I brought documentation proving of my condition. They cannot bend one rule to bring in two bottles of water and then want to charge me $5 a bottle inside and then want to charge $9 for a gas station microwavable hamburger trust me the little cheap hat that cost them about $0.50 it's not a inspirational reason to attend their ball games. I don't know many ballparks or Arenas that won't let you bring in a bottle of water heck a Nascar event if you wanted to you could bring in a six pack of beer and a reasonable size cooler of food and a bag of snacks or sandwiches that you want so BB&T Park and the dash wake up and get with the program. It's 2017 this isn't a concentration camp where you rule everybody and condition them to your outrageous policy for the price you pay for a decent ticket and you cannot take a family of four to a ball game for less than $100 well as a disabled veteran and live on a military disability how we supposed to be dedicated fans and support their team when they treat their fans like a dollar sign. I don't care if you gave me free tickets and a Skybox seat and free food the way they treat people and the way they talk to you when they enforce their policies sorry I don't need it I'm not in a Russian concentration camp I've served my country and paid my dues and I'm not going to be controlled and ruled by a bunch of bigoted azzclowns. Maybe they could send some of their employees to a customer relations class or how to deal with the public. But when one of their employees say to me in front of my family what you think cuz you're (White) you're special that you should be able to bring in a bottle of water no I jackass in a little respect is an order. When I was raised you respect your elders and you respect others that racist individual doesn't realize without paying customers and fans they wouldn't have a job he'd be better off in the back of a restaurant washing dishes and not dealing with the public. If I wasn't with my family that guy would have got smoke checked.... so sorry if I'm going to speak my mind and refuse to be treated and verbally abused everybody screams for their rights and screams for this and screams for that that's not asking for much you tell me one person it would be spoken to that way and be okay with it I don't care what race you are what nationality are human being does not talk like that to another human being that has any dignity. John proud to spend my money and other places where they don't have a racist...

Everything was great except the lady at the gate when you check in or had to go out. She was very rude person not professional at all. Made me throw a complete.fresh ice cold drink in the trash. This was a plastic bottle drink. I am a heart patient. It is a MUST I stay hydrated. We paid our money. I drink no alcohol. Of any kind. I know Jesus. So in order for her not to cause me another heart attack I threw my drink in the trash. To pacifier her. Got inside purchase a inside Pepsi in a cup . Still got asked from her if I had alcohol in cup. But on the same token you walk in the place and there was alcohol all over the place. But yet no tobacco inside. You go outside the gate for smoking vapes are cigarettes. Not that I give a darn but it ALL should be left outside the gate. Small kids everywhere witnessing this mess. But yet I am a heart patient on oxygen and felt like I was harassed everytime I walk threw the exit gate by the same lady and my boyfriend was treated the same way. She needs to get it right or find another job . Not working there at the stadium. Because she made a great night of fun fireworks music etc. Turn out to be a bad night because of her attitude. I am very ashamed. This was my first time ever being at the dash and will more than likely be my last. And I will advertise my experience with everyone . I come in contact with. With all the issues and bad experience I had there. Very!! Very!! I mean VERY!! UNCALLED!! FOR!! and very unprofessional. I am ashamed I was even seen there.... This DASH is a nice and outstanding . Work of Art. But the gate keeper was nothing but a bad nightmare. I shall never...

Fun, small town feel to the these games. The stadium is wonderful with all the comforts and conveniences of a big arena, yet the overall feel of a game is cozy and light hearted. Lots of scouts at infield tracking the plays and players - fun for young would-be players to watch! The area designated for grass seating is great and saves big bucks, but too steeply sloped for small kids and drinks can easily tip. Friday nights have fireworks. Don't bother to try to find your own free parking unless you know the area well. It's impossible. Bite the bullet and use the paid parking, it'll save you a big headache! Skip the pizza and get chicken strips or a burger. We waited in line 15 minutes to order pizza then learned there'd be another 15 minutes while pizza cooked. Really??? Overall... Don't miss this chance to enjoy a fun night of nostalgic Americana at "the ole'...
