Ordered takeout via an app. Restaurants with a name like “uncle Vinny”, in my experience, can either be really good or plain scary. having never been there, I was relieved to find that this was one of the good ones. Atmosphere is very cozy, more conducive to small groups. Is family friendly but not a place for uncontrolled or screaming kids. The staff was very friendly yet not overdoing it so much it feels fake. We walked in at just the time the app said the food would be ready and did have to wait a few minutes although I don’t fault them as there were probably ten others waiting for orders (plus a mostly full dining area). Throughout the relatively short wait, staff greeted and smiled at us. We were standing in the corner closest to the kitchen and I barely overheard one staff member say “I haven’t even had time to catch a breath” and only point this out to say you would never know how rushed she felt by her friendly and patient interactions with guests. Pizza was pretty good for CB, but I feel the sauce needed a little more ‘umph’ to be a 10/10. Will def come back for more. Probably wouldn’t do the desserts again tho. Overall, great atmosphere, great (takeout) service and pretty good food!

My Sister Pea and Bubba Bean introduced us to Vinnie’s Italian - and what an introduction it was! Kaitlin was a great server, pleasant, efficient and funny. The food? Phenomenal. We started with the Garlic Knots aka 10 pieces of buttery, garlicky goodness with Parmesan cheese on house made bread twists for only $5.75. I dare you to look at the picture and not drool. I had the 11” Meatball Sub. If you've been missing A Slice Of Napoli’s meatball sub, this is the best I’ve found. The bread was perfectly toasted, the meatballs were juicy and the right texture, REALLY good marinara, lots of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese made the perfect sandwich. Hubs got spaghetti and meatballs, SP got the Vinnie’s Pasta which had diced chicken breast, garlic, olive oil and broccoli in a cream sauce and she chose penne. I tried a noodle and holy cow it was good! BB got the Italian Panini with turkey, provolone, bacon and LTM. I will definitely go back. Soon. Really soon.

I hate to admit this but I always judge restaurants in shopping centers for some reason. However, this place is legitimate. First off, the service here is impeccable, our waitress was on top of everything and even packed our food for us at the end of the meal. The place also has an extremely home style feel to it, come as you are and enjoy the food. Everything I tried tonight was absolutely phenomenal and tasted super fresh. My husband and I will definitely be going back here again. Quick tip though, come hungry, the portions are huge. Be ready to share or have leftovers.

This place is horribly under managed and can't deal with real life issues! Called one night to order a pizza for pickup. We called at 9 and they said they were closed. Their web site and Google says they close at 10. When we finally got someone on the phone (employee Simon) to place the order we were met with "we're closed" we told them "your web site says your open until 10?" Their response was... "Ok" and then hung up on us. Called back the next day and spoke with a manger (Mettae) that acted like he had no idea what was going on and offered no help with the situation. We called the next day to speak with the owner. When we got in touch with him. He also hung up on us. (This seems to be the trend with dealing with issues at this establishment) So I called back the next day after on the phone with the cashier to leave my phone number for the owner (Max) to call me back. He never did. So I called him back AGAIN and he offered nothing to rectify the situation. This is not how to run a business or treat your costumers especially when you have been true supporting costumers for years and supporting them through the whole "lock down". My suggestion would be too find a better place to get Italian and better...

2 out of 2 orders have been wrong, at the fault of the girl who took order over phone, and absolutely no compensation for the mistakes. First time she said 3 meatballs in side order and there was only two. I have 3 dogs. I called to say I only got 2 and she was super casual and said "yeah I was wrong there's only 2 per order". Great....2.50 per meatball and one dog is SOL. Nice. 2nd time was a large philly pizza was ordered. She asked if I wanted onion rings or fries with it. I thought that was weird so I confirmed I wanted pizza. She said yes....so I said ok, onion rings. Get there and sure enough, it was a sub. Told her I said pizza and she literally tried to tell me I was wrong. She was 1/2 listening while taking my order, but somehow thought she could convince me that I ordered a sub when I don't even eat subs.....so.....i spent extra 20 mins waiting for pizza to cook and they couldn't even throw in the damn onion rings they cooked for me anyway! This place has gone so far downhill and they don't care about their customers. Plus their prices are way higher than they ever have been. I'll drive the extra 5 minutes for cheaper prices and capable staff that know what...
