This location just opened 2-3 months ago and I just found out about them last week which has been a blessing. They definitely have everything in order, despite just opening recently. I been here 4 times in the past week and everything has been consistent.
First off is the level of SERVICE, the staff working on November 5th for the night time dinner shift were absolutely phenomenal. AUSTIN and ORLANDO (two guys who have cities named after them) were super patient from introducing the product and menu all the way to building my “Mountain” pizza and never once did I feel rushed.
That’s also where VALUE comes in, The BYO 11inch pizza you can pick from a variety of FRESH toppings. For under $11 you can get almost all the toppings your heart desires. One of the employees overheard me asking if there was any basil left since they ran out. And instead of telling me no, she went above and beyond to go cut me some fresh ones, her name was KEERY, unique name (hope I finally got it right).
Then to the baking of the pizza in their special stone fire oven MIMI greeted me and cooked my Pizza to crispy perfection and she even checked me out she might of been the assistant manager as she was taking on multiple duties while delegating some tasks.
Everyone was cleaning as it was 30 minutes to closing at 11pm. ZACK was moving chairs and sweeping, and everyone worked as a team to wipe down all the glass and fridges.
Overall 10/10 experience and Kudos to the store manager (Sophia?) in coordinating, organizing, and management of a great team at this Blaze location. (I’ve been a blaze customer since then opened one by UCF-East orlando)
Anyone craving Pizza should without any hesitation come to this spot! You will come...
Read moreI will preface this by first saying I’ve been a fan of Blaze Pizza since the Disney Springs location opened. However, I don’t know that I’ll be giving the Winter Garden location another chance. I’ve never had a problem when I’ve ordered on site. However, every experience ordering through the app has been a disappointment. A couple months ago I ordered their “Feed the Family” deal through the app for delivery. When it arrived, half of one of the pizzas was burnt, and one of my side items was missing all together. When I decided to try again last week, they completely left off the shredded mozzarella on EVERY pizza. Now while I appreciate that the location responds to the negative reviews here, I noticed it’s a generic response urging people to email customer service. Respectfully, this is useless. After each of these experiences, I sent my concerns to customer service, and included that I would like a response. I never got a response to my email sent in April, and I haven’t gotten a response to my email sent last week. It’s completely disappointing. I honestly don’t know that I’m willing to give this location anymore money, because too many times now I’ve felt like it’s an absolute waste. Truthfully, the only reason I gave more than one star is because I have had fairly good experiences when I’ve dined in… but at least then you can watch them making your pizza and know nothing is missing…. And being able to say something if it’s burnt or they forgot an item. It’s like they don’t care about quality if it’s ordered...
Read moreOur first visit to the new location. We've been to the one in Disney Springs numerous times, because we love the pizza there. If it was closer we'd be there more frequently. Then, one day as were having lunch at our second most favorite restaurant, Culver's, we noticed a Blaze Pizza taking over the spot of the crummy other pizza joint. We anxiously awaited Blaze's opening.
The new Blaze did not disappoint. My wife and I always get a build your own split between us. I'm traditional and get sausage and pepperoni. She got ham. Then mushrooms and onions over the whole thing, and cherry tomatoes on my half.
We got our drinks and sat down. I thought it would be interesting to watch the pizza in the oven. I got up and saw that there was nothing in the oven. I thought that they were a little bit slow. Then I saw them cutting the pizza. They were actually very quick.
There was more seating inside than I expected. Parking may be a problem in the future if the place gets the business it deserves and being next to Chipotle and Culver's. Today was hurricane day. It rained pretty hard was we were finishing eating. Some water decided to come in the side door. They'll fix that. I think the straws are a bit to short for the size...
