Frozen Cow Ice Cream — Restaurant in Winter Garden

Always liked this place since the beginning but had a rough experience with them and Door Dash tonight. We ordered a shake and an ice cream sandwich . It took a little longer than we thought but no big deal . However. When it got here the shake was spilled in the bag and the lid was loose so when we pulled it out it spilled everywhere. We've been to Frozen Cow a bunch of times and always had a good experience so I figured I could just call and let them know what happened and see if it could be worked out. I was told that the shakwswas fine when it left the shopi so it must be the fault of Door Dash and he didn't see 'how that would be my fault'. Well, maybe not but it is your business name that I was buying from and the fact that there wasn't even a "I am really sorry to hear that" but, instead,a big defensive response about how Door Dash was late and so on really left me with a less than positive feeling about the business and that's a shame. The truth is ,it's their name I associate with the product and while I know they can't control a contractor I don't think offering to replace the shake would have constituted a large hardship for them and it would have gone a long way with us as my 12 year old used his own money to pay for the shake and barely ended up with half of it . Now instead of a good feeling from good service recovery and a continued loyal customer we will think twice about going back. All...

Very disappointed with the poor attention to the little customers! I went today around 5:00 pm with a group of 6. There eas only one customer in the store. My 3 year old daughter caught her hand in the door and had 2 fingers bleeding and swollen. One of the owners was annoyed by my daughter's crying. He never approached us. I had to ask him for ice or something cold across the room and he said he had nothing. I left. I was disappointed for the lack of compassion. There was only 1 other customer in the store, he could have shown some small degree of caring... but instead, he seemed annoyed. For a minute, I didn't know why I was so disgusted by the owner's reaction... but when I entered in the nearby pizzeria to ask for ice and the ran to the back to get it and came back with a little bag of ice and said kind words to my daughter to calm her down, I knew what the owner at Frozen Cow was missing: human decency. Needless to say that I will never again...

We were frequent visitors. Kept bringing in more and more people with us every time we went.

Finally went in with my two daughters, WIFE and granddaughter. We were so excited to show them our new spot. Frank (who once corrected me for getting his name wrong. YET never even once asked us ours.) quickly reminded us of his “ two samples, maximum“ policy. Are you fricken serious?? For all the money that we spent there over the course of one month, you are worried about a few small samples?? This is an ice cream shop. Supposed to be a fun place to visit. You absolutely insulted us. We will not return. I sure hope those measly samples and all the effort it took to give us them were worth it. Smh!
