Brothers N.Y. Style Pizzeria — Restaurant in Winter Haven

Really very disappointed in this restaurant. I was super excited to try it out. I ordered a $90+ order online and received a confirmation for the order as well as an estimated pick up time for an hour out. After waiting a while I drove over thirty minutes from Lake Wales to pick it up. I arrived to find out that my order had been cancelled. When I asked why, they said it was because they were out of garlic knots which was only one of 5 different items in my order. Instead of removing that one item from the order, calling to discuss the situation with me, or really any other reasonable option they simply cancelled the entire order and did not bother to make it. The staff did offer to still make the other items on the order but I would have to wait over an hour longer since they hadn’t started it.

In the end we were not able to eat here, but thankfully another restaurant took our order and we were still able to have dinner. I will most likely not make the attempt to try them again anytime soon after the way they handled this situation. I hope in the future they take better care with orders to avoid this situation for other potential customers. Food looked delicious and it has great reviews online! I’m very sad to have had...

I love this pizza!! My 1st time eating their pizza I went in and ordered 2 pieces by the slice. It was great and I was hooked. I had to check it out again so my 2nd time I ordered a pizza and had my wife pick it up on her way home and we both loved it. My 3rd and most recent order we ordered my wife’s favorite which is Hawaiian pizza and I ordered some garlic hot wings. The pizza and wings were great. This was my first Hawaiian pizza and I can Definitely say we will be ordering it again. The wings were very good but could’ve been hotter but that’s just me. If you want New York style pizza and you live in Winter Haven or close by I would definitely suggest trying this place out. I’ve never ordered pizza and eaten it inside the restaurant but I can only imagine it’s even better to eat it there but when the delivery pizza is still awesome then you know it’s great pizza. The best pizza so far that my husband and I have had since moving from Philly to Winter Haven 6 years ago. Obviously we're used to really great pizza in Philly and were constantly disappointed till this, and they even have his beloved little anchovies (yuck). My criticism is that they charge so much for a pie that the food cost is probably $3.00. Tonight I went in to order because when I called it said the number was disconnected, not true, when I tried in the store it worked fine. I placed my order but before I paid the girl informed me it would take at least a half an hour because they only had one guy back there making pizzas. I did notice the big sign in the window advertising that they needed a pizza chef. I cancelled my order and left. This was NOT their fault. It's going on all over the U.S.A. We've lost so much of the workforce lately, no one seems to want to work anymore. I'll go back...hopefully...
