I just called to find out what time this location closes because their Google Business says that they are 24 hours. I happen to know that they are not, as I have inconveniently arrived there and found them to be closed at random hours. The manager seemed rude in her response because she raised the volume of the conversation three decibels and informed me the hours have been different "since covid". That is not true. I've used Google business hours to locate this restaurant on several occasions and the hours at which they closed are not consistent. On a Friday they may be closed at 10:00pm, they may be closed at 12 am. Not only did the manager raise her voice, but during the conversation she informed me four or five times that they "close in 5 minutes ". Now, I have a job, so I know what it's like to be ready to go home and I know what it's like to inform a customer that their time is limited. It almost never comes off as polite to tell a customer that the store is closing. However this manager raised her voice and was very snappy with me, despite the fact that it's not my job to update their Google business hours. Most importantly, it said that their hours had been updated less than 3 weeks ago. I think this McDonald's is private and has no one to answer to but the owners. Most McDonald's have a large large corporation in which to answer to. This one only has to answer to me and some owners who can't even update their business hours. I leave good reviews, but this is the first I've ever left a bad review. People will always go to McDonald's. This one won't be any different just because of horrible reviews. But your customer's irritable attitudes and the hostile vibe and your employee's ability to tolerate all of that negativity, will be this locations own consequence. I said...
Read moreI placed an order for spicy Chicken meals and to pick up the parking spot assigned to it. When the order came the Chicken sandwich was made without a Chicken patty. So I drove around the store and in the second window very politely and objectively explained the situation. The window closes, and arguments come and go. Someone different from the first person told me to move to the third window. After a long way, my spicy chicken sandwich arrived. Then I asked if they could give me fresh fries because the one they gave me had been sitting for more than 7 minutes which made them old and cold. After 3 people asked me why I wanted fries, the last person who broke the food safety asked me if he could get my old fries. By the food regulations, he can bring food from our site to inside. I can imagine McDonald's staff throwing my old fries back into the fry machine and giving me them back. So, I refuse, ending with just a sandwich and soda from my whole meal. Now, I park and open my sandwich, and guess what? One, my sandwich was made regularly without the extra I paid for it. But also, the sandwich was swimming in a spicy sauce. Impossible to eat it. Make me so mad, but I saw TikTok when people in this situation with 15 seconds of videos swap for the victim to the aggressor. I didn't want that, so I threw everything into the garbage and drove to another store that respected my money and the business transactions I was doing. Never go back to this store. If you have a similar situation please don't buy again...
Read moreWhere do I begin? In a world where customer service and relationships has been all but lost, these guys still got it! I regular walk my pup to this McDonalds and they have been absolutely amazing every time. They make sure we still get our food, no matter how odd the circumstances are. They've even gone so far as to help get everything set up for the walk home. We are known by sight and by order (a fluffy someone has a nuggie addiction) now. I especially want to give credit to Mr. Samuel! He was the first one to take on our unique situation (imagine the shock to find someone standing in a curbside spot with a dog instead of waiting in a car!) and he took everything in stride and was beyond helpful. Tonight in particular Mr. Samuel was our saving grace! We missed curbside closing by about 10 minutes so we walked through the drive thru (apparently that isn't allowed!). He was at the first window and recognized us right away. Even though he couldn't serve us at the drive thru he still made sure we were able to get our food, especially the nugs! We will definitely remember that late night adventures require a car from here on out but I can't say enough good words for everyone working at this location. Every person that has met us at the curbside has been kind and helpful and even our mishap tonight was handled with grace and courtesy. I don't ever expect that small hometown feeling anymore, especially at a big chain, but this store is...
