This location just cannot get hash browns right!!!!! ....... One day I get hash browns that are falling apart, one day I get hash browns that are burnt and hard, one day I get hash browns that aren't cooked at all...... A medium hash brown is ridiculously $3.49!!!!!! I recently went in there on Monday and got hash browns that were not even cooked.... I came back Tuesday morning to try and get a refund for them and the manager on duty told me that she couldn't give me money out of the register for my transition that happened the day before..... This store is supposed to be the training store, corporate store ,or whatever...... They argue with me, tell me they can't do anything about it and send me away feeling flustered and annoyed......... I have better things to do with my day than to argue with somebody over $3.50..... but when you have told me something unsatisfactory no matter what the cost I feel that if I bring it back to you and show you that it's uncooked and I didn't eat it you should hand me my money!!!!! Not only have you ruined my breakfast for the day before, but now I'm taking time out of my day to come and get my money back and you send me away again and tell me it's not something that you can do os more than annoying!!!!!! I see why people walk into these kind of places and go off and get nasty and start yelling and screaming and belittling people!!!! I feel like doing this every time they get my food wrong!!!!! How hard is it to set a timer to fry hash browns?..... Timers are provided so you will succeed and cooking the food for the right amount of time!!!!! it's all built in!!!!!! Not to mention the fact that they burn the eggs on the croissants, when I asked for no cheese on one of my double croissants they put no cheese on both, three pieces of bacon on a double croissant instead of six pieces of the bacon, I could go on and on about the way they get it wrong!!!!!!!!!! All I'm asking is that if I show you that you've gotten it wrong and bring you back the product, that you give me my money back!!!!!!!! Not argue with me & tell me it can't be done..... Obviously I've argued and had my day ruined over and over again...... Wasted my time coming back and forth to talk to this manager and that manager..... I guess what I'm going to do from now on is just keep on writing these posts until corporate gets a hold of me decides that they're going to fix it!!!!! Right now all I'm asking for is my $3.50 to be given back to me. If I have to keep on arguing I'm going to want a lot more than that!!!!!
Another thing that I've noticed through all these reviews posted they're all horrible and corporate has not commented on any one of them!!!!! This is obviously more than an employee issue it's a whole management issue and the whole company issue,... My conclusion is Burger King just...

I am cautiously optimistic about the improved customer service at the Winter Park location… We have recently given them another opportunity to deliver good customer service, and good food. We were pleasantly surprised. There seems to be a complete redo, in regard to the people who are now working the counters at this Burger King. They were friendly, extremely courteous, helpful, and our orders were taken correctly and filled correctly. I am impressed! Way to go guys! For now, you have our business again. ✔️ Good customer service ✔️ Correct order filled ✔️ Prompt service ✔️ Clean store ✔️ Open lobby
I would recommend this, Burger King location. Sadly, I cannot give the same recommendation for some others in town.

⬇️ THEN ⬇️ Why does it seem that 99 out of 100 times I visit this BK, I have some sort of major issue, usually concerning service? Whether I go late, when they advertise they are open, workers in store,and you sit... and sit... and sit.... No service...(pre-covid, mind you...) Or, there are only a (literal) couple cars in the drive through, and it ends up taking 20 minutes? I understand, there are times like this, it can't be helped. But this has been an on-going issue, over the course of 5? 7? 9...? More? ....years. Over many visits. The store was remodeled, and it's a nice, clean venue. It's not that. It's the service. I think this last visit finally made me realize that I need to find a different Burger King to go to, sadly. I sat in the Drive-Thru line at a fast food restaurant for 25 minutes, before I decided to pull around the car in front of me and leave the store. (I had not even been able to order yet.) This after having only two cars ahead of me, from the beginning of my wait. I'm a patient person, generally speaking. But being in a hurry, and going to a fast food restaurant because you're in a hurry, and having to wait that long? Not acceptable. I'm sorry BK. I won't be back. I hope things...
Read moreI honestly wouldn't even give this place a star coz of very bad customer service. We went to get 1 order. Very simple order. The 2 for $6 meal. The place was not packed. So we figured it would be quick. There were 2 people who were just waiting for their food and then it's our turn. So we ordered. Then, a few people started coming. It had been 20 min that passed and still our food was still not ready. We have been skipped multiple times already. I already noticed that they skipped our order 3 times already and so I started asking where's our food.. this is fast food for a reason , so the orders should be quick and easy. Now, our orders got skipped 2 more times. We can't wait any longer so we just left but my dad was already mad. We were there first and 5 other people got their food first intead. We have waited 30 min for nothing. Also, on a side note, while we were waiting for the food, I noticed the manager who was handing the food to the customers at the drive thru, opened a packed/sealed burger with bare hands (no gloves), which was already supposed to be given to a customer at the drive thru.. i guess he was checking if the prepared burger was right. But, he shouldn't have done that, especially without gloves. He touched the food with his barehands. Then, he put it in the bag afterwards. Disgusting.
