Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Winter Park

0 stars would be my rating. My husband ordered 2 medium pizzas, a Sprite and a Diet Coke. When I arrived Alex( Alejandra) got my order and said: We have Coke, Diet Coke. She repeated again. We have Coke, Diet Coke... We don't have Sprite. What would you like?? I just wanted to scream: WHAT WE PAID FOR. A SPRITE. I stayed quiet. She looked at me and asked: Did you hear me? I nicely said: You charge people and don't have what they ordered?? You could see a lot of Diet Coke bottles. I drink Diet soda. My husband doesn't. My next request: Can I please have napkins and plates? We were not going home. He was working and ordered something. With attitude again she said: We don't have plates. We have napkins. I said: You don't have plates in this place. She replied: No, they don't make plates. Hahaha.. yes, they do. Tell your franchise to get you plates. She replied : Have a good day. No, where is your manager? She replied: How can I help you?? I laughed again. Oh, you are! What is your name? Alex, Have a good day. Then, I said loud so they all could hear: Is her name Alex or she is lying? A guy from the kitchen replied : WE DON'T HAVE TO TELL YOU NOTHING. He walked towards the entrance and opened the door for me. I was polite. I let him open the door that way when they review the camera they can see they were the ones to say Goodbye to me. I see I wasn't the only unhappy customer. Lots of nice reviews. The pizzas were not cooked properly. We didn't get what we ordered. Have a nice...

Absolutely worst customer service ever! We actually drove in and placed our order while in the store. Pretty simple order 2 large pizza's (1 cheese 1 meat), wings and bread. After waiting 45 minutes there's a screen that is in the restaurant stating our order was ready. When we went to ask for it they told us they forgot to make the cheese pizza. So now the rest of our food sat in a window while our children sat in a car outside waiting for what was supposed to be a 20 minutes top wait. They offered no apologies (Amanda) their acting manager was extremely rude and inconsiderate that my 3 children had patiently already waited for over 45 minutes to have them make a mistake and act as if it was oh well our problem we could wait or cancel our order. So unprofessional, poor management skills, poor customer service. I have heard nothing but poor reviews on this particular location too but thought well give it another shot. My mistake, our family had to drive out of the way for dinner tonight but had an extremely different experience at another...

Horrible. Ordered pizza at 7:30, the estimated delivery time was 21-31 minutes. Got notification at 7:54 that the pizza was out of the oven and checked for perfection. 45 minutes later and it was still not out for delivery. We called the store and told them we would pick it up ourselves. We were told it had been sitting under the heat lamp, no apology for the wait. Went and picked up the pizza and asked for the delivery charge and tip to be refunded. Were told that they could only do that if they refunded the entire order. I did get some of the delivery charge back, but they shorted me as they did not have the correct change in their register. Got the pizza home, I ordered a salami and feta cheese pizza. There was no feta on the pizza and maybe 4 salamis. Very disappointed. We were sick this weekend and just wanted an easy dinner.
