Called yesterday morning at 10:30-11:00am to place order for 4 dozen donuts and 2 dozen bagels. Offered to pay over phone at that time because I was worried order would not be put in and confirmed. Lady said no payment was necessary and it would be ready at 830 this morning (Tuesday 11th) as I requested. Showed up this morning, cashier looked confused when I told her about the order. She asked the manager, who said "there is no order" and went back to what she was doing without even acknowledging me. So the cashier and I are standing there both confused now, and cashier asks manager again. Manager says the same thing, again. Bottom line is manager denied there was an order, then when she did acknowledge me it was to lecture me on ordering ahead of time (which I did). She went as slow as she could to get order ready, making unfriendly gestures in between.
I had to go back hours later for a receipt, which I honestly may have lost. However, I hesitated even going back because of the hostility of this manager. I did go back, and the lady who greeted me was nice. She went to a back area to ask the same manager to get me a new receipt, and the manager started asking the cashier if I checked my bags for it. Manager didn't even leave the office. Cashier came back to me and asked if I checked my bags, and I apologized saying I did but think I lost it. She goes back to the manager, who still doesn't get up and asks cashier to have me check my bags again. When she did come out of the office, she called me rude. Rude for asking her a receipt? I told her I would be calling corporate, and she still kept saying negative things about me placing the wrong order and me being wrong, rude, etc. in front of other customers. I asked her for her name, and she walked away. I then asked the cashier for the managers name, and she said it was Jewlz (sp?). The sad part is the cashier looked hesitant and even glanced at the manager before saying the managers name. I'm not frustrated with the manager so much as I am disappointed in the leadership above her enabling such a lack in customer service when there are thousands of great individuals in this town that can be hired. Not to mention several individuals at my work event mentioned how hard the bagels were. Embarrassing......
Read moreThe worker there in the window and the Manager Mayra is very unprofessional. The coffee was very disgusting and they got mad because I didn’t like the coffee. Even when I asked to remake it but the lady insisted to go back and forth with me. She stormed off. I drove off and went into the building to return it. And seen that the rude lady at the window re made it, but I didn’t want it. Because I can’t trust a person with an attitude to make my coffee. Who knows if they spit in it or did whatever. The manger Mayra came with a rude attitude telling me she was the one who made the 1st nasty coffee because I was going to see if she can make it for me. But I didn’t want it. I wanted my money back. So she asked for me to give her the donuts back. But didn’t even care to see if I was just going to return the coffee only and want the money back for just the coffee. They was very rude . Even mad because I ask for my refund and receipt. She had me waiting after making 5 people coffees to get my refund. Once i received my receipt. I see it cost 6.57 but in the drive through they told me 7 dollars and something cents. The manger was very disrespectful. I will be calling corporate. And I advise if there is any issues. Always report it. They do not have good customer service. One customer turned around after hearing my experience. The manager can’t make coffee nor can she teach her co workers how to make coffee. Taken...
Read moreThe worst part about this Dunkin Donuts is that you can tell it’s bad from the top down. Used to have amazing workers but because they were treated poorly they are all gone. Quick replacements were hired instead with little to no training.
Walked in for a mobile order, was told they didn’t have it. Person behind the counter disappeared while I pulled up confirmation email. They never came back to the counter.
Waited 5+ minutes before seeing a distraught employee rushing in from the parking lot, and before I could say anything was asked if I was there for a mobile order.
Turns out they did have my order, but were out of an ingredient. Rather than ask me for a replacement they just left me stranded. Once the new employee started making my order, we quickly came to an agreement on a replacement.
They made my order and handed me a bag before I politely reminded them I was still missing a drink. I was also missing an entire food item, but because at this point I was so dreading being even close to this establishment I just took my drink and ran.
It is physically impossible for employees with proper leadership to be this worn. If you are the person in charge of this Dunkin’ Donuts, you need to...
