Update A McDonald's Supervisor reached out to me today to offer a resolution, a sincere apology, and an explanation on what steps they're taking to ensure this does not happen to anyone else. I'm satisfied with their response and am therefore changing my rating from 1 ⭐️. I don't usually eat McDonalds but like many others, I'm after the collectors cup. Drove to the Aloma location and ordered a 10 piece meal. Was surprised when I received my bag and it was missing the collector's cup. I asked for it and the person at the window went to get Noellie, who I'd assume is a manager. Noellie told me they're out of cups and they didn't ring me for a collectors meal. Previously unaware that there was a difference, I told her that I wouldn't have ordered had I known. "Well they should have told you." Noellie boldly shrugged her shoulders and said there's nothing she could do. I asked for the number for corporate. Noellie responds, "You could just look it up". That's when I asked for her name. "Yeah, you could put my name on there ". So here we are! 1.) If you're out of cups, pull your yard stake signs advertising them and mark them "sold out" on the menu. 2.) Employees should know by now that they should specify there's a difference between the 10 piece meal and the collector's meal (especially since she said they've been sold out since last week). 3.) Since they essentially duped me into spending $ on something I did not want nor need, they should have offered some type of resolution (partial refund, IOU, a pie...ANYTHING) and 4.) If you're going to put people in a position to deal with customers, make sure they know how to deal with customers professionally.
Also, your fries were saltier than I am regarding this unpleasant...
Read moreNobody at all working the front counter. When we arrived there was one family who ordered at the kiosk waiting for there food, a second party ordering at the kiosk. We then proceeded to place our order at the kiosk. There was one employee working the window and at least one working the kitchen. There was a guy in a neon traffic vest running food out to the drive thru and he was also helping the Uber eats pickups. We waited 18 minutes and not only had we not received our food, the two parties ahead of us were also still waiting. I had to make two loud requests for someone to come to the front counter and cancel our order. Everyone in the dining area was mad and was agreeing with me as I politely complained and asked for a refund (twice). The employees blamed it on lack of help. I must point out that there was no backup at the drive-thru at any point. Clearly McDonalds only values there Drive-Thru and Uber eats customers. Those of us who get out of our cars and walk inside are always the least important customers to McDonald's. This location was the worst I have ever seen. Again there was never a backup at the drive thru while...
Read moreIf I could give this place a negative million stars I would. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. The last time I went I ordered a ten count nugget, large fry and a drink. I was inside so I was able to get my drink. But after I ordered there were people behind me and they ordered all their stuff. There were like 5 orders after me and I was waiting but then all of them got their food while I’m still waiting it’s been about 15 minutes before I mention it to the staff and the girl at the register could literally have not of cared less and then the manager he said that they were waiting for the nuggets to cook but if you’re a fast food place it should not take over 15 minutes to make 10 nuggets and after about 10 more minutes so almost 30 minutes in total I get my nuggets and fries. The fries were small when I paid for a large. The manager said there isn’t much of a difference and it took him 3 minutes to get my nuggets because he was filling up other people’s bags of fries. Because of this I refuse to go to this mcdonalds the manager is very...
