Pizza Pedal'r — Restaurant in Winter Park

Look the pizza is good, atmosphere is nice, workers are cool. It's a nice place. But I am BEGGING you guys to start having slices readily available.

I get that you guys hand make everything from scratch and that's nice when it's at the end of the day or you're getting beers while you wait and you're not in a rush...but I came in late afternoon yesterday, mid week (not busy weekend or during lunch rush) and it still took 35 mins for me to get a small pizza.

I was trying to pick up a few quick slices for me and my friends so we could get back to riding bikes after a quick lunch, by the time I got back to them they had gone and ordered chicken from the chicken place by the derailer bar on the north end of the village because they are just that much faster.

I don't want to have to eat chicken every time I come up to ride here. I really don't. I want to shake out some red pepper and parmesan packets on a few fat slices of pep. Please help me do that on a more regular basis by prepping some pizzas in advance with the intent that they can be sold as individual slices for people trying to get in and out quickly. I appreciate your consideration in advance on this very important matter.

My friend and I came up to Winter Park for a girls’ weekend. We were just taking pictures in the town when we ran into Zappa, who told us about Pedal’r Pizza. We were looking for a place to eat so we followed his recommendation, and I’m so glad we did.

The pizza was fantastic - the crust was almost like a pie crust in how it was fluted, and it was the perfect balance for the toppings on the pizza. We both got mediums and had plenty left over for dinner that night.

Obviously the pizza was amazing, but there were also so many bonuses to the restaurant itself. Zappa and Hansen were super friendly and knowledgeable about their food and the area. There was a resident dog on the patio who was the biggest lovebug (and of course we had to pet him!). My friend has a dairy allergy and Hansen brought out some of the vegan cheese they use so she could try it - and it was super high quality (I also appreciated that he was willing to let her taste some). And the music - every single song, back to back, appealed to our late millennial hearts.

We will absolutely be coming back when we’re at...

I recently visited Pizza Pedal’r and had an amazing experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff was super attentive and made sure I felt right at home.

Now, let's talk about the pizza – it was absolutely phenomenal! The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The sauce had the right balance of tangy and sweet, and the toppings were fresh and generously spread. I tried the classic Margherita and the Pepperoni, and both were out of this world.

What really stood out to me was the quality of the ingredients. You can tell they use fresh, high-quality produce and meats. Plus, they have a great selection of unique and creative toppings if you're feeling adventurous.

Overall, Pizza Pedal’r is a must-visit for any pizza lover. Great service, fantastic pizza, and a cozy ambiance – what more could you ask for? We ride together, we thrive together, and this place definitely...
