I went to this location last week (3/26/2024), and have been issues in getting in contact with the general or district manager. On that Tuesday, I visited through Drive thru and order a JBC biggie bag and a 4 for 4. I asked the lady if they could add ketchup and onion on my sandwich. Instead my sandwich only had ketchup and onion, and the rest of the ingredients were missing so I circled back through drive thru to see if they could fix my sandwich. I told the lady at the speaker about the issue with my sandwich, and she asked me to pull forward. Once I pulled forward, the lady in the window asked me what was wrong with my sandwich, so I repeated AGAIN, the issue on my sandwich. She took the sandwich back to the sandwich maker, and then a male appeared at the window to personally hand the sandwich to me. He was smiling hard and I opened the sandwich in front of him as I noticed mayonnaise was already spilling out through the wrapper and the sandwich was heavy. When I opened it, it looked like someone splattered a big spoonful on top of the sandwich and all the missing ingredients looked like it was mixed together. I looked at the male employee and he laughed while asking what was wrong with my sandwich. I asked him what did he mean what was wrong while holding the sandwich up and he immediately caught an attitude and said “oh hell nah I’ll get you a manager”. Immediately spoke to a supervisor and the supervisor perked over asking what was wrong and I immediately asked him what was wrong with his employees and told him what kind of a company hires people who tamper with peoples food. Showed him the sandwich and explained the issue. I was pulled forward to wait for a replacement sandwich and that was it. No one apologized, never saw the manager after that. I did a survey to have the general manager contact me to explain the issue and instead, another supervisor called me asking if I wanted free food. I tried to explain what was the issue of the employee and she kept interrupting me asking me to stop by and pick up free food. I kept demanding the general manager and instead was told if I wanted to speak to them, to show up personally to the store and they don’t know when they’ll be there. This restaurant is beyond disgusting, disrespectful, unhygienic, and unprofessional. I ordered through the drive through (no human now, using an automated sign) selecting the sausage, egg and cheese English muffin and was offered a second option (a $3 deal currently available) so chose the sausage biscuit. The older blonde woman at the pay window said they didn't have English muffins. (?????????) She directed me to pull ahead to the mobile waiting spot. I waited... this is supposed to be fast, on the way to work... not fast. When she came out, I showed her the Wendy's menu that clearly shows what I ordered and she said that was not available. I asked why it was showing on their sign and she said "they took it off." They did not. So, I ended up with two greasy, inedible, cold sausage biscuits. Yep, that's what I get for going there.
