What are we doing here? I’m 24 going on 25 in a few weeks and with age comes reflection. Soon, my brain will be fully developed and I will peak. Before the decline happens, I must get this off my chest. I think back to when I went to Chipotle for the first time at the Altamonte Springs location on 436 right next to Olive Garden and Red Lobster back in like 2009. Before Chipotle was mainstream, I hated the place. But then, everyone else liked it and I got peer pressured into liking it. For the first few years, we were in a golden age. Chicken was $6.50 and portions were plentiful. The consumer mattered! It wasn’t only about efficiency. How the tables turned. Prices rose, portions shrunk, and now, employees are told to give a serving size equivalent to that of a child during the Great Depression. I’m not coming to Chipotle for the black beans, I’m coming for the chicken. Please stop being so stingy Chipotle executives and give us more food than we can eat. I’m not saying pile it on like Panda Express does with their orange chicken, for example, but I don’t want the last 6 bites of my bowl, at a minimum, to be sans chicken. Obviously you won’t care if you lose the service of one customer nor will I stop coming but I feel like it’s good business to do right by your day 1’s. At the next quarterly meetings, I expect this to be on a PPT slide in front of hundreds of Chipotle managers in whatever convention hall you’re meeting at in Vegas or Seattle or wherever you meet. There, you’ll discuss how you’ve strayed from your initial goal of serving delicious and healthy “Mexican” food, and how the past few years have been a disgrace. Consequently, you’ll have a realization and serve...
Read moreI came in today ready to eat in order a quesadilla. I was told by Jacob that I had to order online I never had to order online before so I was just asking is that something new he said it's not on our menu. I proceeded to ask Jacob what the address was to make sure I had the correct address online he advised me that he didn't know the address I said ok can you maybe ask someone what the address is so that way I can order my quesadilla he said well you can just go Google and look it up. Jacob was very combative, and argumentative. The manager Yanelis walked by and provided the address, and as the manager I was advising her Jacob advised me to go online and look up the address she said yes he's correct that you could have done that too. I immediately asked her what her name and her GM name was she provided me her name and she advised me that it's never that serious as she was walking away.I then stated that I would need the corporate number, and I need the young man's name and she told me I didn't need the young man's name who told me to look it up on Google. Yanelis and Jacobs(if that's his real name) customer service was horrible and you guys need to do better. However Trevor at the front counter assisted me with my two bowls, and was very polite and he also rung up items. I appreciate you Trevor however I was not able to order my quesadilla online because no one knew how to use the app regarding the payment options. For this Chipotle to be a new location, you have to do better with your customer service and...

I’m pleasantly surprised to share that this location has completely turned around. Upon my last few visits, the staff has been very capable, fast, and extraordinary friendly! And most importantly, they have gotten my orders right every single time.
I always give a business a chance to make it right, if you will. And this location has done just that. This location is now clean, they making serve fantastic food, and the staff is fast and friendly. I couldn’t ask for anything more!
OLD REVIEW: I’m very disappointed with this location. The bathrooms, even though it’s a new restaurant are often filthy. Ok, I don’t rate on toilets, so whatever. I’ve been quite a few times and I keep thinking they’ll get it sorted out. It’s the opposite, it keeps getting worse.
The issue is the service isn’t just not friendly, it’s painfully rude at times. Eye rolls. Sighs when you ask a question. Snotty attitude. When done ringing you up, just a blank stare. It’s so bad I feel like I’m in an alternate universe. And then comes order accuracy. If I’m inside and order in line they do fine. Thing is this location has an app drive thru, whereby one orders exclusively via their app, then drive thru for pickup. I always do double meat and they miss that far-far too often. Salsas are often just wrong, or even left off completely.
I love me some Chipotle, but this really is a...
