Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wisconsin Rapids

Customer Service, in my opinion, is less than zero. Last Friday, about 9am, several people tried to enter the dining room but the door was locked. The lights were on and nobody seemed to come to the locked door. Finally, a young girl said that the dining room was closed because of "staffing problems" It would seem that in the very least the dining room lights could have been turned off and a sign at the door saying that they were servicing drive up only. Guess too much to ask. Returned Monday about the same time but I could not get waited on. Stood in an empty dining room for over 5 minutes, not even being recognized. Three people all had their noses buried in serving drive up. One of the them, by the way he was dressed, might have been from the Corporate Dept. Finally, I left empty handed. It would appear that Dunkin only needs the drive up to make a profit and that the dining room is totally ignored. Why not close it permanently then? Even if you do manage to get some service, it is awful at best. No communication whatsoever. Good labor must be hard to find. Edit: I returned 4 years later only to be disappointed again. Got the advertised brown sugar shaken espresso. Was super excited to try it. Definitely tastes like they burnt the coffee beans. Terrible bitter flavor. I'm not sure why they can never get it right. All I ask for is something consumable. What a waste of money.

Very very disappointed. This is the second bad experience I've had at this location. The first time I ordered a chai latte. It was so disgustingly sweet that it tasted like I was drinking straight syrup, I couldn't even have more than one sip GROSS. I know what a chai latte is supposed to taste like and that's not it. Now today my friend and I orded just regular coffee. Mine was black and hers had cream. Both were awful. Tasted like three day old coffee that had been watered down. Bitter and sour? Terrible after taste. And theres a difference between hot coffee and so scalding hot that you burn your tastebuds off.maybe that was the plan though. Hello, I absolutely love their drinks and their donuts are absolutely fantastic but, they are doing a January special for 2021 and it’s pretty much anyone on the front lines who is working right now can get a free hot or iced coffee with creamer and sugar added and has to be medium. I told the lady I am a Delivery Personal as listed on the Jan special menu but the lady rudely said that It’s only for Heath care people and I told her again it’s on your list and she kept saying how it’s not and I told her she can come outside and see it for herself and then she just said I’ll give you a free coffee this time but I will certainly come look myself later. I thought it was very rude and very unprofessional. Staff need to know what on there menu and not fight with there customers...
