The staff is the rudest I have ever seen. Starting with the manager who doesn't know the menu and argued that they do not have the menu that is shown on their website when I ordered a "Sandwich Tailgate Bundle", but she said I should have looked on the app because that's what they had. Their menu panel was falling apart so you couldn't even read the menu. Anyway I ordered a simple family bundle. Well, I opened the app and the Sandwich Tailgate Bundle was listed and priced there for my location, at that point I was upset because the manager didn't even know the menu on the app for her location. I got to the window, and showed the red haired cashier the app, because she was totally unaware of the menu too, she got hysterical, she raised her voice at me, ( yeah the cashier) and said "my manager already told you that that's the menu from the website we don't have it", so I replied "this is the app" the bundle I wanted is there. So she said "well you can go to the back and talk to my manager are you gonna order or not?" I replied: "I already ordered". Read moreIf I could I would be giving this zero stars. I'm normal not one to post or rate but this was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. We order on the app at 5:40pm and were quoted it would be done at 5:45pm. Now if the order was even 10-15 minutes late I would not have had a second thought but we did not get our order until about 7pm. We had asked a crew about our order after waiting for around 30min and they told us they were working on it. After it had hit the 1hr mark we decided to ask for a manager(Eric) and he immediately started yelling at us. He told us that it wasn't his problem and that he wasn't even scheduled to be there. Then he proceeded to tell us that he didn't have our order even though we already had our drinks from the order. Then he came back to tell us that he DID have our order and that he was just waiting on our nuggets, normally you think we'd get an apology from that but instead he insisted that we owed him an apology for disrupting his drive through orders. Read moreI went into lobby for DoorDash at 8pm and both employees on the floor made eye contact with me and walked away.Bout 5 minutes later I’m being told “my manager wants me to tell you the lobby is closed.” No signs were posted saying so and the doors were obviously not locked. I then went to drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me and waited 45 minutes. Not a single car was pulled forward. I get to the window and was told the DoorDash order has been ready for a while?! And one of the employees was speaking to another bout “we’re just not going to do any chicken for the rest of the night” wtf??? Yet i couldn’t wait for it in the lobby for whatever reason and had to deliver cold food?!
