Wow just wow so it was my first time going to ANY Starbucks and this is what I got a pumpkin spice Frappuccino and a cake pop will say the cake pop was good 10 out of 10 and when I was done with that I began to drank my pumpkin spice Frappuccino and when Frappuccino me not knowing that it had coffee in it I ask if I can have a more cream in it I guess that the person that helped me would just add more but NO she made a NEW may and it was in the large size not the small size the LARGE one so I try it I did not like it so she ask me if I one with no coffee in I say yes she make it I like it a lot and its still in a large size and I say how much it is may I remind you that she make 2 dranks not Counting the original in all in LARGE SIZE that was like $10 all together not counting the original one she carries more about the customer experience more than the money and I did not say that It was the first time at any Starbucks in till after I got the drink I like and she said not to worry about the money I hope she gets a raise or something for this cuz she made 2 drinks just to get the one I like that most sadly I don't remember her name but to the lady that did that for me thank you I hope you have a good rest of you day or night or whenever your reading this and I hope you get a...

Went in the store because drive thru was full and I stupidly thought it might be quicker to go in the store. Boy, was I wrong! Took my order, got my money and there I sat for 45 minutes! All the tables were full of people waiting for their orders. Absolutely no one had a beverage or food. They just kept catering to the drive thru, because of course all the people in the store had already paid . I have gone here multiple times and have never had such poor service as this. No one even acknowledged any of us waiting, no weāre so sorry , your drinks should be out soon. NOTHING! So, I enjoy a decent amount of ice, even though I've never had to ask for extra, even on hot days. Today, I ordered a Grande for a 30 minute drive. From the very start, my drink tasted watered down, and it looked like they're using tiny cubes, similar to crushed ice. Small cubes melt quicker! Maybe it's always been this way and I never noticed before. Or, maybe it sat too long at the drive thru line. But, I actually lost the desire to drink a 3rd of the cup because it was so watery, and for $8, that makes me cringe. The service was slow today, despite ordering ahead on the app. The server was very friendly. I'm grateful they were open today, because there's been many times they've been closed...
