I’ve been coming here off and on for about five years now and within the past couple years, they got new workers that are completely horrible when they make your drink wrong they always try to justify it and blame your tastebuds basically when I try to explain them I always get this drink and it taste nothing like what they put out. They never want to remake your drink so this last time I went through and got a cookie butter cold brew that tasted like water and they didn’t put any flavour shots so when I come through and tell them that my drink was made and explain what was wrong with it she told me that that’s how it taste. That’s how it comes. I explained to her this is my favourite drink, and I literally only come to Dunkin’ Donuts this time of year specifically just to get this drink. so she proceeded to take my drink and put a flavour shot in it and try to give it back to me when I told her no I would like my drink to be remade because I already had to drive back there for it to be properly made, and the coffee part taste like water so I wanted new coffee in my drink and she looked at me like I was crazy and then when she made my drink and it tasted better, she says I made it the same way. I told her I don’t know what to tell you but the drink you gave me tasted like water with no flavour shots so it couldn’t have been made the right way. And she continued to battle with me and then she told me to have a good day. in no circumstance should an employee of a fast food restaurant battling what I’m tasting wrong by in a dirk I always get. Ridiculous. Horrible I won’t be back to this location. Not to mention eveytime I come here the drinks taste horrible there’s times where my husband and I have thrown away both our whole coffee from this exact location because it’s not even edible. Only come here if you want to...
Read moreI've never left a bad review for any establishment or just a review in general, but this morning, I was treated so poorly for no reason. I placed a mobile order and went to the drive-thru to pick it up, but no one said anything over the intercom. I waited a minute or two while two cars pulled up behind me, so I said hello a few times. I figured maybe I didn't pull close enough to the speaker, so I went around to the window to explain that I probably messed up and didn't pull close enough. I expected a confused look when I pulled up, but what I didn't expect was a rude look and tone when the girl opened the window. I said, "Hi, I hope I don't come across rude, but I didn't hear anyone over the intercom..." to have her cut me off and say, "You probably didn't pull close enough to set off the sensors." While half paying attention to me. I was about to apologize and, of course, take the blame for being confusing, but she gave me a look almost like, "I haven't got all day what do you want." I told her I had a mobile order, she closed the window, then a couple seconds later handed my food and drink out, then closed the window without a word. I was gonna say thank you and to have a nice day, but she was side eyeing me while I checked my bag to make sure both items were there. Now listen, I've worked in customer service for 6 years. I know how sucky it can be and how customers can be nasty. And sometimes people just have a flat-out bad day. But there is no reason to immediately jump to being rude in a situation like that. I was gonna give her a dollar for the inconvenience on my end, but I guess she was in too much of a hurry to give the next customer...
Read moreWhen I pulled up, a lady started taking my order. I asked for a medium iced coffee with cream. She begins talking and another male worker there starts talking over her if I need anything else. It was Friday so I asked about the free donut. He said yes but was talking so fast and again, over the other lady, so I couldn’t understand what he was saying. After asking him to repeat himself, he said they only had glazed or plain. I was disappointed, but I understood because of the virus going around, people are on short supplies of everything. He asked me to pull around. I asked if I could use my free drink reward. He didn’t answer me and just scanned my phone. I asked again if the free drink went through. He said “I don’t know, look at the receipt.” I looked at the receipt and saw that it was not used. When I looked back up, he walked away from the window so I couldn’t even ask him about it. I was on my way to work, so I didn’t have time to wait for him to come back around to the window and have him reapply my money and apply my free drink. I have had several bad experiences at think location with not getting the right order, but this was one of the worst because he just walked away in the middle of our...
