Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Wixom

Okay so I've been going to the Walled Lake hungry Howies now for some time. They've made some amazing changes. They Hired two girls that are amazing. And they haven't messed anything up. Idk if it's the new boss. But they have been hooking up the food and it is amazing! So for anyone I turned away from this store I apologize. They're amazing now and I urge you to eat here! They will go out of there way to meet your needs and make you happy!!

Normally I absolutely love this Hungry Howie's! However, the past two times. I've gotten food from them. It's not been good at all I guess the same people maybe aren't making it??? I'm not sure. They're not washing the lettuce. They're not giving me the right amount of cheese I normally get... So it's got me really upset. I actually avoid going to the Walled Lake store. Because of the way they make their food. The lack of effort they put into making everything. Also due to rude rude girl that works behind the counter. So I always go out of my way to go to the Wixom store! Because I love the people that work there. I love the effort they give to make every customer happy. They're all around good people and a good store. But now it's starting to be the same. As walled lake. . . Not sure what I should do about it. Maybe they've got someone new... I'm not sure. I actually just got food from them yesterday. I almost want to call back and say something about it. Only I don't want to be rude. What...

I will NEVER order from this location again. I rarely leave reviews, but I think people should know about this place and go ANYWHERE else.. save your money. I understand that issues happen and I’m pretty reasonable. I usually don’t mind when things get messed up once in a while. No ones perfect. But it seemed like once mistakes started happening here they NEVER stopped. Which was upsetting because my kids and I love hungry howies, and I used to order from this location frequently. All my experiences here involve anything from delivery issues(2+ hours for food to come) to completely messing up the order, to horribly rude employees, and more. It’s not sometimes it is Every. Single. Time. Sometime last year I had finally given up on this location and just completely stopped ordering all together. The quality of the food and customer service just went way downhill really fast. Tonight my daughter really wanted hungry howies and I figured maybe we would get lucky. NOPE. Every single time I have been disappointed, and tonight was no different. We waited 2+ hours for our food to be delivered and as you can guess it is cold and nasty to the point my kids don’t even want to eat the pizza OR THE COOKIE DESSERT!!It’s just not appealing to anyone to receive food like that and unacceptable to charge $50+ When this is what you serve. This location needs to just close...

I just want to give a HUGE shout out to the delivery driver, Don, who delivered our food tonight. What an absolutely amazing human being all around. He showed up with such a friendly and sweet attitude and even held our screen door open for my fiance who had full hands! He was funny and super personable and just all around awesome. I ordered our food online and tipped online as well and after meeting Don, we felt we hadn't tipped him enough, so I called the store to see if I could somehow add more money to his tip. To my surprise, Don was actually the one who answered the phone and just chuckled and said "well Jessie, you're talking about me! If you really feel inclined to add a bigger tip, just remember me next time! I thoroughly enjoyed bringing you and your family dinner tonight and I look forward to seeing you guys soon!" My family and I have been pretty sick this last week and just exhausted and Don brought so much joy to our evening in just that 4 minute interaction. You guys are lucky to have Don on board at your location! We will definitely be asking for him the next time we order to ensure he gets the gracious tip...
