We are a small business that orders a few times during the month as well as tips the drivers well. More than once our order was wrong, which we were one time given 5.00 off of our order. So we ordered again, without a problem. On 12/19/17 we ordered was told it would be longer than expected delivery which we understood. However the pizza was totally wrong, we ordered light sauce, extra cheese, green peppers, mushrooms and onion with butter garlic sauce on pizza and crust. They delivered a pizza with tomatoes ( ones staff member is allergic), and parmesan cheese sprinkled all over it. It came without butter garlic sauce on the pizza and crust. Called was informed by female employee should relay to a manager and there would be a note in the computer for further order. Today I called, and was pretty much told we lied that a female employee would not take care of this problem, she would give it to a manager, well evidently a manager was not around, because she said she would relay the message and notes would be put in the computer for further order. No discount for the wrong order was given, but at this time, will not order from them again, due to the fact I was told blatantly the female who answered the phone would not have said that. Read moreTerrible experience today. We have used this Jets often in the past but it is very clear service and quality has gone down. We arrived a few minutes early to pick up our small pizza and jet bread, and were fine with waiting. They said it would be ‘just a few minutes’ but after 25 minutes, we were told our pizza had been given to the wrong customer. While waiting for our second pizza to be made, we watched several people also lose their pizza. One person waiting to have it be found in a warmer 10 minutes later, one waiting to find it had been sitting next to the register for 15 minutes. The workers could only give excuses, ‘we are training today’ on a Friday during the evening rush. We inquired as to why they would train at such a busy time and they replied they have a lot of turn over. Clearly there is some terrible management happening if the reviews are going down, and they can’t keep workers. In the end, our pizza was warm, well cooked but incorrect, and the jet bread we received was the original one made with the first pizza, it had an hour to get cold while they figured their issues out. When your pizza is done, it texts you, which you put in a code to open your slot, and doesn't sit on a warming shelf like Jets, being ignored by workers. Old Review. Called at 6:46 pm for pickup. They said 20 to 25 minutes. Got there at at 7:05, waited 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter, paid, sat down next to a woman already there waiting. At 7:40 the woman stood up and asked what the hold up was, her pizzas had been sitting in the warmer for who knows how long.
