Tubby's Sub Shop & Just Baked Cupcakes — Restaurant in Wixom

Horrible and disrespectfully. One time ran out of bread, how do you do that when your a sub restaurant. Another time kept getting told that they didn't have wheat bread or that they sent their delivery driver home early, like what that's pointless and bad for business.

Then when covid hit and we had to wear masks and it was by law back in end of March, no one wore a mask to cook food, I asked for my money back not even 5 minutes of making/placing the order and the man says, "either take the food or not but I'm not giving you your money back and we don't need to wear masks" then hung up on me.

It was by law to wear a mask and so I went to corporate about it an was refunded but as long as this tubby's is family owned corporate went back and told them their side and then corporate came back to me and explained that the reason the cook didn't wear a mask was because they had "asthma" but both workers didn't have a mask on so where is the explanation for that!?..

I will not spent my money on them, the fact that I spent $26 on food that I never received upon changing my mind from then not wearing mask which is my right as a citizen, was absolutely wrong that they refused to refund me, the food isn't all that good cooked either smh...they are disrespectful and I'll...

This place literally turns money away. My friend walked in to place an order but asked if she could use the bathroom first and he told her no and to order first. She really had to go to the bathroom and asked please and the man turned and walked into the back. She asked "really" and he yelled "BYE MAAM". We left to go to the next closets bathroom and ordered there but she really wanted Tubbys. So she then called the store and asked if she had the right location the guy on the phone answers "Maybe". What a horrible experience and horrible treatment from a place of business. This store probably only has 3 stars because you have to put a star. It will probably be closed soon unless it's owner owns the building. I doubt this place has any customer values. The good thing is this treatment was given outright because I wouldn't trust this place with any of my food. This location does deliveries now and our office ordered from them last week. Everything was amazing, the food was great. Today we went to order again and the girl told us they were very behind on deliveries and it would take over and hour and a half to get our food delivered. I ended up ordering the food online to pick up at the store. I get there and I felt so bad for this poor girl...it was 12:15pm, during lunch rush hour, and she was all alone running the register and making the food. There were about 5 people in there and I waited 15 minutes until she came up front. While I waited...I saw four people walk in, wait a few minutes then walk back out. Besides that our food was delicious as always but they really need to hire more people or at least schedule more people. This is a business area and with all the other sandwich places in the area people might flock elsewhere when you have a limited time window...
