Breakers Ice Cream — Restaurant in Woburn

Generally I don't have an issues with Breakers. As a matter of fact they are one of my favorite ice cream spots. But, on 6/20/22 around lunch time. I dealt with a teenager/young woman who just flat out had a lousy additude. She clearly didn't want to be there, rolled her eyes and on top of that got my order wrong. I confronted her (politely) about it and adamantly denies she made the order wrong. I ended up walking away in disgust. I really hope management reads this and can train staff how to be mindful and respectful. If there was a Communication on both parts ok fine correct the order and move on. Probably the snobbiest rudest group of young women that I have ever taken $4 from me. There were 5 young girls on and not a single one acknowledged the patron in front of me or me while I waited listening to them complain about how the deserved a raise (no word of a lie). The bleach blonde fair skinned girl that ignored me and the other patrons the entire time felt the need to come over, point and roll her eyes to tell me that the pick up window was elsewhere. Soft serve ice cream was actually pretty good including their cherry dip option. Service was absolutely horrendous. Waited 45mins+ for a simple vanilla soft serve. One of the girls quit while I was there and the 3 teenagers that remained were left to deal with the consequences. Management in terms of an adult was lacking and no one was there to course correct the massive line of people waiting as a result. I couldn’t believe that someone could leave 3 teenagers there to run the place with 30 people waiting in line. It’s too bad because this place is only a short walk from my house.
