Customer service is absolutely atrocious. Placed a mobile order to be picked up indoors, they locked the lobby and provided no guidance for picking up the order at the door, then unexpectedly when I sat in a 20 minute drive thru line, they unlocked the door and begin dropping off orders at the door. They didnât seem to care that I had idled in their drive thru line for 20 minutes just to get the order.
As a business owner, I understand staff shortages and the stresses that people are going through. However, there was no attempt towards customer service. They didnât apologize for suddenly changing their practice or me misinterpreting their change. Instead I get the response âyou can either pick it up at the door or you can ask for a refund tomorrowâ perhaps you could try âwe apologize for the inconvenience. We are very short staffed, but how can I fix this?â or perhaps âIâm sorry for the miscommunication, let me grab your drink.â
Either way, Iâm a long time customer whoâs very patient, but when I get this response from the manager, I will never go...
Read moreThe food and drinks itself are fine, but the staff⌠I am genuinely worried about the staff. There was this manager who used the THROW things at employees and scream at them like customers werenât in the store. I havenât seen her in a few weeks but every-time sheâs there she is always yelling or throwing something at the staff. I once saw this poor girl crying out back after hearing something get thrown in the back. Recently, thereâs this new guy (Iâm assuming because I havenât seen him before) who DOES NOT DO HIS JOB. There was this girl taking orders and he was just standing there, and instead of helping out he yelled at her to start making drinks and stop taking orders⌠what?? I was sitting outside eating and I watched the same person smoke an entire pack before going back inside, are you not understaffed that whole time?? Why are the managers not doing their jobs and punish the staff (throwing things at the employees) itâs honestly awful to watch whenever I go in an itâs making a huge impact on wether I do...
