MISSING BOAT EQUIPMENT. We rented a pontoon for the day July 6, 2021. They went over all safety features and operation of boat BUT didn’t bother to mention that the swim ladder was missing. Fantastic customer service. Family friends of ours and I rented a pontoon boat yesterday and we had a great day. All of the workers were very knowledge about the boat and answered any questions that I may have had. Being a novice at boating and navigating around Lake Winnipesaukee can be challenging but after talking with everyone in including the owner, the owners wife and the other workers, they reassured me about any concerns I had.
